The staff was so friendly and kind. There was a dog on our floor of the hotel that was barking for about half an hour late at night. I only had to speak to the front desk one time, and we could no longer hear the dog barking. We needed extra items, and they delivered within minutes. Very clean, the bed was so comfortable, and the breakfast was out of this world.

There wasn't anything I could complain about.

There was another guests dress ties in the nightstand in my room. The bed was covered in feather pillows and comforter which I am highly allergic to. When I asked the front for non feather products they brought me 2 very old and beat up pillows and a mattress topper to replace my comforter...

Overall a great stay. However at check out I could not get a printed receipt/folio. The front desk person claimed because the reservation was with booking.com they had no access. However I paid directly at the hotel with a different CC than what I used to book the room reservation. I checked My CC and Hampton Inn themselves as the hold on my card. I have a booking confirmation email but no receipt. I have used booking.com often and this is the first time I could not get a receipt from the actual hotel I stayed at. Very disappointed and sad. I now have no receipt. No

Good hotel to stay, clean and save area, many options for dinner not so much for breakfast. take advantage of the hotel’s breakfast it was good and hot. stayed one night to take kids to airshow. I didn’t know the show was so popular so book early. hotels closer to airport fill up fast

This is one of the best places that I have ever stayed in my years of traveling. It was clean comfortable everything that I needed was here they have a little laundromat to catch up on my wash. A nice little continental breakfast plenty of towels Neutrogena toiletries, a nice indoor pool, it is in a great location. After this stay no matter what city I book again I will be looking for a Hampton!

They typically have a full breakfast buffet but because of Covid it was just a continental and on the Fourth of July for people that stayed over they did not have any maid service but I did go to the front desk and get extra toiletries and towels. The staff was very friendly and accommodating!

property pool was open and it was quiet during the night had microwaves and refrigerator in room beds was very comfortable

maybe they could have warm the bagels and muffins up their were cold for breakfast

Love the cleanliness of the room and the location with the dollar store across the street and mission bbq. The beds where super comfortable

Faucet to sink in bathroom too far on side of counter. Was very difficult to wash hands

it was ok but the pillows smelled dirty, they didn't come to clean the room the next day of our stay either, hygiene is very important to us
