Stay was very short and we checked in late so not enough time to really experience the hotel and amenities. Hotel was clean and had nice decor. Liked the shower dispensers for body wash and shampoo. Liked the sayings on the bottles and the lemon scent.

Breakfast selection was limited. Liked offered sausage/kielbasa but bacon is always classic option to include as another meat. Also can recommend adding muffins and breakfast pastries

The location was perfect for walking to get something to eat. Breakfast was good with healthy options. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. In fact, one gentlemen went above and beyond to get me something I asked for. No one seemed bothered or put out by me. I LOVED the signs by the elevators where previous guests could write suggestions for local attractions.

I tried to use the tv in the workout room to provide me with my morning workout. The video was confusing and I didn't end up using it.

Very clean, the game space in the lobby was a really fun touch! Bed was very comfortable, breakfast options were very good. We loved how colorful the decor was and how comfortable the lobby was. Staff was very nice!

We really didn't have any issues during our stay. I would say the only thing that was a small annoyance was that the air conditioning system in the room was very loud. Otherwise, everything was great!

This hotel went above and beyond. We stayed on our wedding night and they completely decked the place out in adorable decor! Rose petals and signs and cute decor everywhere! They even stayed open a little late for our check in. Everyone we saw was so very kind. Fantastic experience!

Nice breakfast selection and the breakfast facility was almost back to pre-COVID 'normal'. The location is good in that it is easily accessible from all directions. We were attending an event at the York Expo Center and find the property to be very convenient (i.e., only about a 5-minute drive away). It is also near (maybe a 7-minute drive) from the excellent bar/restaurant scene on S. George Street. There's also any number of casual dining spots very close by.

House keeping door was being slammed on a regular basis they were next door to our room Made front desk aware by speaking to the Managers. He said " they should stop working very soon " ( it was 5:30 pm) Plus He said " they won't start again until 9am " What would have been nicer ( AND BETTER..!.) " SURE WE APPOLIGIZE , WE WILL MAKE THEM AWARE TO NOT SLAM DOOR " Wood floors are nice but we heard alot foot traffic from upstairs 😳

I loved the hotel design and value. Very appealing to the late 20s+ crowd. Super clean and comfortable. Probably one of my favorite hotel beds ever and I used to work on luxury travel and travel often to 4-5+ hotels they were not this comfortable. The staff was helpful when they had to be but not overly friendly besides during the check in. Breakfast was wonderful! Loved the variety.

I appreciated the sustainability and minimalist style, but I do wish it was a little quieter from the highway and the rooms were just slightly larger for the king size room. Otherwise room was great! The hotel itself outside of the room felt very muggy and hot especially in the elevator which was surprising because it was only 75 max both days we stayed.

The location is nice for me. Not too far from the fairgrounds, and restaurants I like are close by.

For a 3 day stay at over $200 per night, there is nobody to come straighten the room each day. The bedding is old/picked, and had stains. I hope it was stained and not still dirty. I didn't stay at the Comfort Inn for the same reason. Maybe I'm old school, but growing up, the rooms were cleaned daily.

Everything was very clean! I typically bring wipes to every hotel room stay just in case, but everything was spotless. I also very much appreciate the newer style rooms that do not have carpet, hardwood floors are so much more sheek and do not hold odors. The hotel has for sure one of the best roadside hotels I've stayed in.

There wasn't much not to like. If I had any complaints, there aren't any bar soaps available for amenities, only liquid soaps.. I'm not even sure that's a complaint.

Location was perfect. Very easy too find the hotel. Front desk staff friendly & professional. Cleanliness was exceptional. Coffee & bagels at breakfast were very good. Bed & pillows were comfortable.
