Bathroom layout was very poor, no towel racks and tub/shower behind the door and shower curtain very flimsy, strange brown stuff running behind the toilet. Bed very hard expected the sleep number bed which was why I have stayed with Radisson in the past. We came to breakfast at 8 and the bacon and eggs were gone, eggs did get replenished but no bacon!

The room was clean, the size that I needed, was quiet. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast nook was large enough to accommodate a good crowd of people.

The breakfast we received was far below what was advertised, but that was not the fault of the hotel, actually. The team assigned to come and get the breakfast service going did not arrive for nearly an hour after breakfast was supposed to be served, but they were out-sourced and were not actually "staff" of the hotel. (So, this was one thing that we didn't "like" - but at the end of the day, let's face it - if "not having a hot breakfast" was the worst thing that happened to us all week, we'd be fortunate. Something minor from my point of view.)

The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean. Bed was super comfortable. Air would run you out of the room. The lady that checked us in was super friendly.

The tv was small and outdated. Could not flip through channels had to type each channel number in to change the channel. Housekeeping is every 3rd day of your stay. I'm okay with that but there needs to be a way for the trash to be gotten out of the room or put bigger trash cans in the room. We stayed 3 nights and the trash overflowed.

The breakfast was superb! So many choices. We were all so full from breakfast that we weren't hungry again until dinner time. The staff at the breakfast area was so attentive and helpful.

Our room wasn't fully stocked with some necessary items. We booked a room for 5 with a pullout sofa, but there was no bedding in the room. It was very late at night, and going back down to the lobby for these things was exhausting. Additionally, there was no soap in the bathroom. We were too tired to go downstairs again, so my family used my facewash to wash their hands that night, and we made another trip in the morning.

My room was much bigger than anticipated, and it was well appreciated. The location was very close to the interstate, making it very easy to get off/on the road again. Staff was very friendly, kind and helpful.

The breakfast was not fantastic; the food was lukewarm by 8:00am in the morning. I chose pay at property, but my card on file was charged anyway. This was true for two separate rooms I booked for this hotel. We had to ask the staff to change the charge over to another card so it would refund the original

Good breakfast. Very good beds. Room overall was good.

Puf check in lady was not friendly. She even asked us to move out of handicap space - probably because it was a motorcycle - without checking to see that had a handicap license plate. She then went to look to see if I told her the truth. As an 80 year old vet, I didn't need her evidently bias. Other places to stay in Florence, which we will do next time.

We had a 6-hour drive back home and this hotel is right in the middle right off I-95. So we booked it. The room is very spacious. The 2 queen mattresses are large and comfortable. Breakfast is included and selection is good. Hotel offers free coffee at the lobby.

Really not sure about the safety of this location. We arrived at night and the facility was well lit. But there are signs at the parking lot saying something like "park at your own risk". When we walked into the lobby, we saw 7 or 8 people playing poker at the breakfast area and that was after 9pm. The next morning when we checked out, a lady was reporting a security incident to the front desk. I overheard something like her husband was attacked at the side of the hotel. We only stayed for one night and nothing happened to us.

Easy on and off the interstate. Nicely decorated and comfortable room. Large room! Good value. GREAT coffee. Lovely breakfast staff!! Bathroom was roomy and no problem keeping the shower hot! Easy checkout.

Because of horrible construction on I-95, we arrived two hours late and only had time to fall into bed to get up early and continue on our way to Hilton Head Island. The warm cookies were a nice late night treat.

I like the variety of breakfast items offered and the staff was great. One of the staff found a tray so I and some of the other guests could take all of our selections to our rooms at once, and not have to make two trips. Also the hotel was super clean!

Nothing negative to say on this trip, because we only stayed overnight. I do not think that gave us enough time to have much if anything go wrong.

I asked for a room on the 1st floor & I was fortunate to receive a room on the 1st floor. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. The location is very good not far from where I was at for the conference.

The lights went out we had no heat or anything. When asked about getting a discount for the inconvenience, was told that due to the manager not being on site there was nothing that could have been done. Also, I did ask for a roll in tub/shower.
