Clean rooms, excellent front desk staff, excellent free shuttle service to and from airport & local restaurants. (You must pre-block all your shuttle times at the front desk upon arrival or no rides for you ) The pool is wonderful. The on-site restaurant is very pricey & open just for dinner . However, free breakfast is included in your stay. They do include a large water bottle in your room for the coffee maker. It's a $6.00 charge for that water bottle. A/C works very well in the room.

The Vintage look of the hotel very clean nice gym the restaurant inside that had the breakfast buffet was the game changer great job guys staff was very courteous also

The location was very good. Nice parking area away from the road. The breakfast was very good, very good service. I ordered the shrimp tacos for dinner the night before, very nice presentation and value.

I was surprised that I was charged $10.00 per day for use of the internet. Plus, it was sketchy, while I could get on my iPad, I could not get on my phone for some reason.

Everything!!professionalism of the staff, cleanliness of the room, excellent breakfast, centrally located to all of the sights that we visited.

They were down to one elevator, which made it very slow going from lobby to the room with a full house.

Everything was well kept and the staff (especially the bartender/waiter) were tremendously nice and helpful. They actually acted like they cared about our experience vs some other hotels you may stay at

The restaurant could have a larger menu.

Property is close to many restaurants, stores and downtown! Very nice well cleaned.

I only have one concern! I told the front desk for further taken action. This issued was the mattress had like a “hole” in one side of the bed. Kind of uncomfortable.

Temperature was a bit cooler than desired but ok. Staff was very accommodating and helped out with shuttle service

The toilet ran a lot. The shower head sprayed water all over the ceiling of the bathroom. Netflix didn’t work. Had to pay for wifi.

From the time of check in to check out, the Staff was very professional and attentive to my needs. I used room service for the first time at the hotel. The time from order to delivery was exceptional and so was the quality and taste of the food.

All was perfect.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and had tons of options. The pool was very nice as well. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. The bar was well appointed. Artesian, the onsite restaurant had delicious food.

My ID was never checked. They asked my name and gave me the room keys. No one ran my card to check it they just looked at my online booking. The spa advertised wasn't onsite, we had to travel to it. No room service.

Breakfast was ok. Food was cold the soccer teams had a breakfast area set up which was a nice touch.

I was there for 1 night so not able to fully rate the experience
