This hotel is a gem! The staff are super kind and helpful, the whole place is very clean, and breakfast was great! Waffles, oatmeal, grits (all with your fav toppings) Two types of eggs, potatoes, hashbrowns, bread and begals, yogurt, fresh fruit, and hard Boiled Eggs. It was fantastic! Complementary coffee and fruit in the lobby all day, even board games available to borrow. While this hotel is pet friendly, you can request a room that has not had pets in it - we did due to allergies. We had a great stay! Thank you!

A wonderful experience staying here at Hampton Suites. Originally we only booked overnight, but ended up staying for 3 nights, due to tiredness from travelling 21hrs on flight, and then the weather. The hotel had no problem booking us in for two more nights at short, short notice. Amazing staff, always helpful and friendly. Fantastic breakfast. Great rooms, warm and comfortable. Thank you.

Only one thing of note - In a room with two beds, such as we had, there needs to be two chairs available to sit on, instead of only one. Makes it much easier to sit to watch the TV. Other than that, all perfect.

The room is spacious, very clean and very nicely decorated! Camero, at the front desk was exceptional with her customer service & hospitality!

I arrived late and very tired from a long drive, but very happy because of what I stated above. Unfortunately my sleep was interrupted at 4 am with a very squeaky bed in the room above. Which lasted about :30. Then, after getting back to sleep my TV flashed on at 5:30 am filling the room with bright light Welcoming me to Hampton.

The shower control on the opposite side of the spray is nothing short of brilliant. Your waffle maker is the best. I travel alone to visit my family for the holidays and I always stay here. I feel safe and comfortable.

The breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. The dining area was clean and accommodating. I got to make my own waffle; pumpkin spice for the fall season. I really liked the lamps and lighting in the room, including the window treatment. I especially liked the sliding barn door on the bathroom with the large mirror and the oval mirror in the corner which I used as a vanity. The shower was fantastic! The shower spray was so refreshing and the water temperature was perfect. The artwork was attractive, and the room decor and colors were modern, sharp and fresh! I was wowed from the moment I walked in!

An ottaman for the corner chair in the room to put your feet up would be and excellent addition. Maybe a few more hangers in the closet. Seems as if the entire design was well thought out and executed!

The coffee was great we don’t usually eat breakfast so I can’t read it it looks very good everyone was friendly staffed in the kitchen was great I asked for cream and sugar for my coffee there more than accommodating as far as the what I liked about the room the most was cleanliness of it the main service was outstanding I asked for a few extra towels and they were more than accommodating very very friendly how staff

There’s not much that I can think of or that I could see it could be done better the guest was friendly host was friendly everyone was right on time it was a perfect weekend

Bed was large and comfortable. The staff was excellent.

I was disappointed there wasn’t a walk in shower. I’m handicapped. My fault for not checking. I could have changed the room but after a 3-4 hour trip, I was too exhausted to move. I made do with what I had.

Breakfast was really good with lots of options and the staff were friendly and helpful. Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. I forgot some items in the room and when I called they got in touch with housekeeping, found my items and are shipping those to my home. How great is that!!

With a new grandbaby nearby, we will be staying here often. We have found a home away from home! The room, the staff, and the breakfast all exceeded our expectations.

I'll be asking for a firmer bed for our next visit.
