We loved the place, it was in the perfect location with super easy access to the beach, nice to be able to run up to the condo whenever you needed to. The elevator being across from our unit made it super accessible for my disabled partner. Parking was easy for us but I could see it being limited in a busier time of year. We loved having a porch with ocean views, we were always out there. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels etc. You could easily cook in the kitchen, they had everything you could need. Excellent host Josh, very responsive and accommodating to our requests. There were even beach chairs we ended up using from the storage closet, saved us $ renting them. Overall, it was wonderful.

If you are being picky, a few things throughout the condo could be updated. I would not use the oven to bake anything as I tried to make cookies and they immediately burned; temp may be off. We did not like the super raised bed in the main room but since it was just us, we slept in the other room, and it was much more comfortable. We had a really hard time finding good places to eat but that's no reflection on the property.

Fantastic property! Location is excellent - right on the beach. Gorgeous view from porch. And, the porch was cozy, but still big enough for all 5 of us to enjoy. Loved having two full bathrooms for our family and two separate bedrooms. Dining area had large table which was also a perk. Welcoming touches like in bathroom toiletries, plenty of fluffy bath towels, and a complimentary bottle of wine. The elevator is literally right across from the condo and there is a pay washer and dryer available in the hallway as well.

Perfect location! Everything is within a few minutes drive, but you're away from the main crowd on the beach. We only stayed for 2 nights, but we didn't see a single other person in the hallway, which was nice. The laundry was right across the hallway and so was the elevator.. loved that! The view from the balcony was amazing. I had a few questions prior to my trip, Josh answered the phone immediately and answered all of my questions. Check in and check out info was sent without any problems. The condo was well stocked and it was nice not having to bring my own sheets and bath towels.

The place was very nice and quite. Honestly since we brought our 4 year old grandson we were probably the loudest. We love the location because it was away from all the busy chaos. Very clean. And host always got back very quickly with any questions or concerns I had.

I think it’s Important to read reviews and maybe I didn’t here. But we were definitely disappointed initially by the fact that the 5200 n ocean blvd gave me a different location. I brought my grandson and wanted him to have an indoor pool. It was too cold for the outdoor pool. But this is really my fault for not making sure I knew where I was staying.

But for the most part, everything was great! love the beach view, love the apartment and appreciate the wine! The owner was super nice and made sure we was accommodated and welcomed! I will definitely book again!

carpet and furniture wasn’t that clean, bed made me itch a lil, ran out of toilet paper and wasn’t many towels and wash clothes.

The place was not clean and it’s very out dated and run down. The stove is terrible and the microwave smells of burnt popcorn and both need to be replaced. I shad to buy a dish cloth the sponge provided was not useable.

The room was amazing. The beach view was incredible. And Josh was awesome.

There was absolutely nothing we would change. We couldn't have had a better stay. We are hoping to stay in the same place next year.

low clearance parking for suv with luggage carrier on roof caused us some concern but we found an open exterior space each night.

We stayed for a week and had a relaxing time staying here. It is a beautiful beach. The condo was very clean and has everything you need. It was very quiet and great views of the ocean and listening to the waves.

The beach view was excellent and the location was prime and near everything you could think of!
