The room was very comfortable. We stayed in room with a balcony and a view of the pool. It was a little further away from the broadway on the beach because the distance stated was only to the drive leading to the entrance. It was further away than we thought. It wasn’t a big deal, since we love walking.

It is clear this hotel has undergone recent renovations and improvements are still being made. I have recently stayed in a king/sleeper sofa room and a double queen room. Both were comfortable and clean. Also, the hotel offers free parking and is a very short drive from Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Beach Sports Center and Convention Center.

In lieu of the traditional complimentary breakfast many hotels offer, a rather pricey, made-to-order bistro is located in the hotel lobby along with a Starbucks . 2. Rooms do not have microwaves of their own, but some halls do have a microwave for general use located in the same nook as the ice machine.

I liked that all the sights and locations we wanted to enjoy were so close to the hotel. Restaurants were plentiful.

The hotel did not offer complimentary breakfast

We loved our room, it was cute and clean. The hotel is clean, no trash in the parking lot. The pool and lounging area well maintained, the gym was good too! We loved the Bistro, it was good but a little pricey.

The prices for water or drinks was expensive.

the fire alarm went off Friday morning. We were told this was due to the water pressure in the sprinkler system being low - which seems bad.

My stay was very enjoyable. My husband and I were visiting Myrtle Beach for our 39th Anniversary and stated that the hotel was very nice and close to attractions and restaurants in walking distance including the board walk.

The only problem we had was that our room was not cleaned even after we had gone to the front desk to ask that they send housekeeping to our room to correct the issue. The problem was corrected and management gave us some complimentary goodies.🙂

The staff at this location were exceptionally welcoming, pleasant and friendly!

The location proximity to the beach!

The location is great, only 15/20 minutes to the beach.

It’s an older property, cannot go out on the balcony it’s to narrow but a nice to have.

Dealing with the front desk concierge. When time to hand me my credit card and the keys for the room, instead of placing it in my hand, he sat it on the counter in front of me. When I had to hand him the stuff he needed, I didn’t sit it on the counter. I handed it straight to him. That is very disrespectful for them to act as if they do not want to come in contact with us as customers. I understand wanting to be cautious and safe. But there is a thin line because being cautious, and being rude. . It wasn’t all of the staff. Only the guy working the front desk during my check-in time.

The AC unit wasn’t putting out as expected. But still was comfortable. Think that the shrubbery around the unit restricts the breathing of the condenser. Only an observation.
