I like when things are done conveniently, practically and sensibly. Our room was all of those things, it had everything that made our stay comfortable.. First the amazing view from a high floor, with a kitchen that has everything including a full size refrigerator, and microwave with dishes, utensils and a large sink. What was also amazing is the modern look of the room. The simple things like the excellent phone chargers at the bed side, plugs all around the room, modern ceiling fan, lamps, phone, clock, Netflix, Prime with an amazing TV guide. I mentioned this because not all hotels pay attention to these details. This room had a living area with a TV so the only light that came in was from the balcony, once the blackout drapes were closed you could achieve total darkness in the room, making it possible to sleep at any time. The bathroom was huge, with excellent lighting and one of those magnification mirrors. What really impressed me was the elevator. At the first level you select your floor from the digital pad on the outside of the elevator all activated using your room key. The elevator goes quickly to your floor without stopping along the way. The indoor pool was also a nice touch.

Checkout is way too early. The hotel can do better than 10am. However I feel it's on purpose to get you out at 11 if you ask for a late checkout

Location was great. Nice pool and the on site restaurant had great food with appropriate price point for what it was. The rooms were incredible.

Poor communication with staff. Checked in at the appropriate time and was advised room was still not ready. Waited 2 hours before I checked back in and was told I should have received a call but that never happened. All I got in return was a whoops. 2 hours of our vacation was lost due to lack of communication but nobody seemed to care much.

I've stayed here 4x, and its always clean and a pleasant stay. Good for any type of traveler. The location can't be beat and I like that one of the hottubs were made into adult only. Even as a family traveler, I can appreciate a little retreat space.

I noticed that there is no shade to lay out during the better part of the day. Only about 3 tables had umbrellas near the bar. I enjoy laying out while watching my kids play in the pool, but it was unbearable until after 3-4pm. A few umbrellas over the loungers would have made the difference. I stayed Oceanview this time and I heard a little more noise through the walls than I've heard in past stays and I smelled smoke every time I went out on the balcony, but it wasn't any real disturbance just noticing some things.

The accessibility. My daughter is in a power wheelchair and she could get around pretty well. The elevator system was wonderful but the downside is you can’t have delivery. The views and location were perfect. SOME of the valet workers were very helpful and we tipped accordingly. The rooms were spacious

The pool area needs monitored better. It was the 4th of July and we saw only a handful of ppl wearing the accessbracelets. Small children in the hot tub. And there should be access to the grass area for wheelchairs. My daughter couldn’t sit with us there so we left. Also nobody told us this was a cashless establishment. No room service and No daily maid unless you call and request something

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff was so helpful and kind. Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and to our surprise our stay came with a free day of go carting as an entire family! It was within walking distance to great shops, skip startbucks and walk 5 more minutes to Hi Fi coffee for a GREAT treat! The pool and hot tubs were very clean and the beach was so close!

I didn’t like that the bar was tabbed to the room. I know the idea is get us to spend more because we don’t see the dollars passing through our hands, but there were even prices and we were told our drinks were one price, but charges A LOT more.

Awesome place great everything at the Hilton. Front desk was extremely helpful , concierge was very informative and helped a lot. We will be booking Hilton only from now on.

We were offered a sales pitch for the time share at the Hilton with no pressure. We accepted the offer and took 2 hours out of our day to listen and learn about it . Our salesman was really great and professional at all times. But then came in the sales manager Heath . Treated us like we were beneath him and when we declined the sales pitch Heath became almost disgusted that we declined . That wasn't pleasant and not received well by myself or my wife at all. So that offer of a no pressure presentation to is was a lie as soon as Heath came into the picture.

The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and has a fully stocked kitchen, washer, dryer, and amazing ocean front view!

I think housekeeping could be a little more attentive to cleaning. The floors, base boards, walls, and showers were not cleaned well. We kept finding hair throughout the clean wash cloths/towels, and we found old items left by previous guests. Also the outdoor pool was extremely murky. The concierge and bellmen were friendly, but the front desk staff was not very friendly during Check in.

The property was exceptionally clean. The staff was very attentive and courteous. Everything was so clean. I had 6 teenage boys for Spring Break they enjoyed the facilities and I felt comfortable enough to allow them to venture off just a little bit. I literally did nit have to leave the hotel for ANYTHING. There is an awesome activity room for the kids and adults as well. The prices were surprisingly reasonable at the “market place”. There was an outdoor and indoor bar and the drinks were “fantastic” I’d rate this place a 10/10. I will definitely be back for a solo trip.

Housekeeping was a bit delayed but they always showed up very pleasant - customer service was second to none.

Vacation club - says they have a welcome package then asks you to see a 90 min sales pitch. The check in 4pm and check out 10am is not convenient for a customer. That's like saying don't check in till dinner time and out the door before finishing breakfast. One of the reasons, I would not join their clubs since you really are not an owner. I did not like on how all the roads were blocked off either. I would avoid holiday weekends with this location. Overall, a nice building and location.

It was an amazing place to stay. The unit we stayed in was on the 9th floor southeast corner of the ocean front rooms. So we had a view of the ocean completely but also over looked the pool. Having windows that faced south we could see the sunset as well as sunrise. The kitchen was too notch. LG appliances through out. Excellent choice. The bathroom was well done. Love the walk in shower. Even the hallways were spotless. Word of advice get ocean front not ocean view. You will like it. The staff was very helpful as well. Highly recommended this place.

Probably the only negative was our three nights went too fast lol.
