Location was fantastic, walking distance to food, coffee, shopping! Both bars/restaurants onsite, top notch! Staff was extremely friendly, helpful! Our keys stopped working, went to the front, she came up with us, let us in our rooms, very personal service and immediately fixed our issues! Convenience area in the lobby had everything you could need on a trip, and/or you may have forgotten. Facilites were nice, clean! Parking was great! Room was a good size and extremely clean!
No daily housekeeping, had to ask for clean towels, no one retrieves trash or wet towels, was not crazy about that at all. However, the staff is very accommodating when asked for anything or help!

Breakfast was top notch for selection, quality and presentation. Coffee could be stronger, but otherwise, the ambience in the lobby cafe was excellent and the overall surroundings were attractive. The Fitness Center on the top floor is well-lit and spacious but lacks equipment and basic amenities like towels, mats and refrigerated water---add these and it would be perfect!
The drive to the property was a bit dodgy, we were not sure we were in the right place, as several surrounding buildings are still under construction and the area lacks general landscaping. I'm sure once the area is built out it will be much less lonely-looking. Also, our suite seemed sparsely furnished, and lacked artwork and better lighting is needed in dark corners. Small additional improvements would make a world of difference! :)

Nice hotel. The rooms are excellent, comfy bed , multiple lighting choices and some creature comforts like USB outlets everywhere and a rolling table that can be used for meals or a second desk. The indoor pool is the highlight for me. Staff couldn't have been more hospitable or friendly, can't remember his name but had a great conversation with the bartender during breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.
Parking is a bit odd. There is a lot of construction around the hotel but that will eventually be finished and once you're in the hotel it isn't noticable

We had a wonderful time. The place was clean, in a great location and had the amenities we were expecting.
Having the pay for parking on a low-key day with no major events occurring around the venue was unexpected. While meager, I feel guests shouldn't have to pay for parking during times like these. Now, if there was a tournament or something and the hotel was booked and the garage was going to be fully utilized, I would be happy to pay this expense. Additionally, the bathroom door was a nice touch, but it took away from some of the privacy you'd expect for a bathroom.

the shower was very hot with good water pressure (even though I’m a tub gal). the bed & pillows were SO super comfortable. plenty of places to charge electronics. the SkyBar was fun and the bar staff were AWESOME. Really all hotel staff I interacted with were great!
I feel the room price should include free breakfast. Also I didn’t realize I had o pay for parking but at least it was only $5 a night and not $20 or $25 as I’ve had to pay in Savannah Georgia.

The hotel was very nice. It has an amazing restaurant on the 5th floor called the Sky Lounge. The food was great and the customer service was top notch.
There was a very rude lady working at the front desk. She doesn't listen very well when you ask questions or request things, which caused a couple of misunderstandings. She was there when we checked out and had the nerve to ask me if I were sure that I wanted to check out. That was a jab from the misunderstanding which took place the day before. I could've have fired back but it was pointless.

This is going to be our new place to stop when traveling between PA and GA! The hotel was beautiful. The staff was excellent and professional. The rooftop bar only had a few items on the menu, but my burger was good and so were my husband's chicken tenders. This hotel is near several breweries which were what we were looking for during our overnight stay. The room was beautiful. The added touches of the remote-controlled blinds and built-in closet and drawers were very nice. We will definitely stay here again. It was one of the nicest places I've stayed. We did not eat breakfast, but the buffet looked really nice with lots of options. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the Cambria Hotel was excellent because the event we attended was right next door at the Rock Hill Sports and Event Center! We only walked five minutes to the event, allowing us to return to the hotel for breakfast and to our room between events.
The desk crew on duty the night we checked in wasn't fully versed on how booking.com allowed me to prepay for the hotel. Although I already had the confirmation in the app, they made me verify the charge was on my credit card before they gave me my room keys. It only caused a few minutes of inconvenience, and this was the only negative about our stay.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel because it was not included in the rate and the cost of breakfast was $18/person and we had four people so it was cost prohibitive to eat at the hotel. We chose to eat breakfast at the Rock Hill Diner which was very good. The room had a small refrigerator but no microwave. We used the microwave downstairs to pop our popcorn and watched movies on the TV in the room. We used the ice machine to fill our cooler for day trips. We drove to Charlotte to go to the Billy Graham Library but it was closed due to renovations so we toured the NASCAR Hall of Fame on a Monday. On Tuesday, we toured Historic Brattonsville, and had a lunch in York at a small cafe which had very nice people. We also went to the York Historical Society and found Zach who was very helpful in Revolutionary War era research. My kids swam in the indoor pool and somewhat like it although they said it was cloudy. Overall the hotel was great. The service was nice. The place was clean and the rooms were spacious. We had a double queen room and loved it. The parking garage was handy. We asked for towels and coffee to be resupplied as well as trash removed daily and they honored that request.
Less construction around the hotel and the streets final paved.

Room was comfortable and well furnished. Beautiful, new facility. Did not have a chance to use amenities like the pool and fitness area but they looked great. The rooftop bar was excellent and my meal there was good.
I wish the shade in the room had covered the window completely, because lights from the parking deck were bright all night and came in the window. This kept me awake. Getting a room on the front side of the building would probably fix this problem.
