The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very large and accommodated the four of us very well. The breakfast had a good variety and was delicious. Everything was very clean and we had no major issues.

The temperature in the showers could have been a little bit warmer. If you got in the shower during the morning time you had about 5 minutes of hot water before it turned warm(ish). That was the only complaint we had during the entirety of our stay.

I seen a water bug on the 3rd floor in the hallway. I don’t like bugs. I lived in Rock Hill and always had stayed with you all but I don’t understand why you have to live 50 miles out in order to get a room now? You all just lost a valuable customer.

Location, price, general comfort, general cleanliness, and feeling of safety were all fine. check in area was spacious and well lit. Parking was level and easy to navigate. Staff members were available and courteous. Free coffee in lobby was good. Snacks were available for purchase at a kiosk and in a vending machine. Our room’s air system, fridge, and microwave worked well. Beds were clean and comfortable. Towels were clean and plentiful. Toiletries were well stocked. We would stay there again if in the area.

Breakfast was minimal and still under prepackaged restrictions related to covid, which we are irritated by and ready to move on from. Some minor repairs to walls, curtains, and furniture were needed. The shower in our room would only get to a tepid temperature, yet the sink water would get appropriately hot. The sink water was reversed, hot on right, cold on left. The walls seemed less insulated than some other comparable hotels. We could hear conversations of other customers more than we are accustomed to at this price level. There was only one elevator. There was no ice machine on our floor.

!I loved the size of the room. The entire hotel, including the room smelled cleaned. Bathrooms were clean. The staff at the front desk and the cleaning staff were all super friendly and nice. The cleaning staff brought me a disposable spoon for my daughter to eat her ice-cream. I though that personal assistance was so nice! The shower water temperature was amazing. I loved the tables and big drawers and extra outlets to plug in chargers. I love the dividers between the beds and little mini living room. The breakfast good great! I loved the hot waffles, the big selection of different cereals. I would have loved the sausage egg McMuffin sandwich to be served hot, but it was still good being microwaved. Compared to other others they're not even serving breakfast like this. So we were thankful.

The carpets were a little dirty. I could see 3 big stains in the shape of a circle. Maybe once a month you shampoo the carpets in some of the more soiled rooms. The highly rate would totally be worth it then. Made us not want to walk on it without shoes. The shower head doesn't seem to function up to par, the water pressure was "ok" but still really comfortable. Id give it a 6/10. The flat screen TV's were really to small. There's only 1 elevator which takes a little long because it has to stop at all the other floors.

I like the rooms, couch just needed to be clean head dog hair all over it and we love sitting in the lobby watching the ballgame

Your staff that worked the breakfast September 5th (young beautiful black lady) ,she had a really bad attitude,just because you guys was out of supplies , We as customers know that the whole world short on supplies,”you guys run out of plates “this doesn’t mean you have to be rude and disrespectful to the visitors, she shut down breakfast early because she didn’t want to use a bowl like one of the other workers suggested, I think that should’ve been the visitors choice, due to her behavior the visitors attitude changed and people started leaving the breakfast area, she just ruined some of the visitors day, the ones that has smiles on my face left out frowning, she should be ashamed of herself!!!

Room was large and clean

Could use some updates. Carpet was coming up and had some chips in paint on the walls. Curtains need replaced as they were very stained.

A family member had a medical procedure done, I came down to help.

I love every thing about Comfort Inn, it is my favorite hotel. I always look for them first. I can't think of anything I did not like.

Great staff, great breakfast, very clean! Best stay ever!!

Power went out in our room at 4 am and mainly. Man didn't get in to fix it till after 9 am

Rooms were clean and spacious, also smelled clean. Had black out curtains. Close to restaurants within walking distance. Also grocery store close as well.

Could use some fresh fruit or fruit cups to add to the continental breakfast . Other than that,. Perfect

it was close to the freeway it was clean and the desk person was very nice

they were having trouble with the food warmer, and the breakfast wasn’t very warm
