Loved the location. Clean and we felt safe. Very quiet area. Beds were so soft but, wish I would have brought my own pillow. Loved the water pressure in the shower and the soap dispensers. There was one large roach in the bathroom. Considering you are in Santee it’s going to happen. So no biggie. We got some good sleep and staff was efficient and nice. We will use this location again.

The room was updated and clean! Everything worked in the room. The parking spaces were large and pets are FREE!! Continental breakfast was decent.

The tub spout came off when I pulled up the shower pin. I was able to replace it and finish my shower, but it left alot of water on the bathroom floor. I reported it to the front desk when I checked out.

The location was very convenient. Many restaurants and fast food around. Also service stations of needed. The gentleman at the check in was very pleasant and helpful.

The woman who came to the desk at check out on 5/9/23 was disheveled and extremely rude and condescending and should not be in the hospitality business.

Breakfast items were few to offer. No decaf coffee or fruit, no yogurt and a poor selection of bread and danish pasteries. No individually wrapped pats of butter due to "heat". The mattress however, was the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on in my life and I am a senior!

It was okay not as good as it should be as the maid to leave extra towels and change the sheets on the bed she wasn't friendly at all.

Nothing to be honest the juices at breakfast was so watery it taste just like water 💦 as for the room was okay

One level, location close to I-95. 1st pet free. Friendly staff.

Ice machine needs to be cleaned, mold in the ice. Free Continental Breakfast ok. There were no trash cans on the grounds.

Clean, everything worked. I’ve stayed at a lot of red roof inns because it’s convenient for my dog. This one was the best.

The ac didn’t work great but other than that no complaints.

Room was totally updated. It looked great and was very clean. Bed was comfortable enough but...oh my gosh, the pillows. PLEASE get better pillows. They felt like boxy sofa cushions. Everything else about this place was on point though!

The bathroom is super, super nice. Front desk worker is super kind, it’s very clean here and there’s a decent size fridge in the rooms. It was also extremely affordable. Outside looks very kept up as well.

There could probably have been wrapped breakfast items, but we really didn’t need breakfast due to going to event, otherwise the breakfast area was spotless and we could have ordered breakfast from the Waffle House a few blocks down and a grocery store right across the street
