The stay there was very nice and the shuttle drivers were phenomenal!

I was contacted by a member of your staff the night before and he told me to come on in as early as I like the room was ready. When I call the next morning they informed me it was going to cost over $100 to get in early!?? Around noonish the lady informed me it would be $28 I was already very upset so I did not pay the money I waited until checkout time I will not be back. It would have been nice if I was told when he called me that there would be a fee or I would not have come early.

Even after a disturbance from our rude and loud neighbor the resort kindly moved us to another room and were very accommodating! The resort was clean and easily accessible! 100% will stay again!!! Rooms were clean and spacious and very nice!

We were staying next to an owner who was loud and rude. We called security because we heard loud yelling/cursing and crashing and were worried about what was going on next door. After security came and spoke with them the owner of that unit came and bashed on our door and yelled at us about calling the cops on her (we called the front desk not the cops because the cursing and yelling and smashing of things was alarming along with children crying).

I loved how close it was to everything and all the resort amenities that it had! The room was really nice. The staff were delightful.

The room needed to be dusted. People should be able to choose if they want a room that’s conjoined to another. We could see the light underneath door from the person staying next door. They were very loud and had a baby that kept us up most the night(we’ve kids so we know how that goes) but it would’ve just been nice to know before hand that we were going to be staying in a connected suite. The doors that connected the rooms had gaps and the noise/lights were just a huge damper on our stay.

The shuttles to and from the beach is awesome especially for the Littles. If you're bringing a lot of stuff don't worry they have room in the back of the shuttle to load it into. The pool was amazing my 1 and 2 year old had an absolute blast. It was way bigger than expected and the kids had an awesome time running the hallways. This would be great for a long stay as it offers a lot of storage. Plus the washer and dryer so you don't have to bring a ton of clothes. Overall great experience we will be back next year for sure!

I didn't like that the room once you looked around it was kinda dirty like smears of random stuff on the wall some buildup in the showers. Nothing like overly icky but still when you're paying good money it should be taken care of better. Half the electronics didn't work, now I will say it could have been User error but neither of the hair dryers worked and all the lamps were either missing light bulbs or they didn't work. I didn't report it because honestly I could care less just thought it was odd.

The pools and hot tubs were great. Our Villa was very comfortable and cozy, but had a slight smell of mildew. AC unit worked great. The kitchenette was just perfect. Next time we will bring a latger pan and more food to prepare. The coffee was even good. Plenty of dishes for 3 adults and even a cork screw! The washer and dryer was definitely a surprise that I was grateful for. The towels and linen were soft and very clean. The check in process was great ask for Chantelle, she was very kind and full of information.

The only things that we didn't like was the hint of mildew smell. It wasn't really bad but was noticeable.!! Also the ceiling fan was squeaky.

Place was great 😁⛱️. I love that we were 1 building away for my grandchildren ,son n daughter in law. The pools an hot tubs were so nice. Even tho signs were posted about kids under 5 r not aloud in the hot tub. Also I would never complain There was a stain on one of the sheets, so we just washed . For next year, where is the breakfast so we know next u 😏 😀?

Besides getting lost 3 times trying to find the G.P.R. .The directions that were sent to me by email, kept trying to make us go to S.M.B.R.we should of been there about 815 an didnt get there till 10 pm. I hope u guys can fix the direction. Hoping it doesnt happen to other resort guest. Other then . It's was very nice trip

the indoor pool was nice, could have had more area for sitting and relaxing the bathrooms in the area were very nice. showers, sauna, steam bath, all very nice

the room was outdated but clean. advertised as fully stocked kitchenette. I thought that implied more than plug in cook too with only a small pan and skillet.

Very nice property and very nice staff. Hot tub was amazing. Room was very clean and nearly a full apartment with washer and dryer, electric cook top, dish washer etc.

1. If you get there after 8pm they are closed and if you hadn’t called ahead you wouldn’t know to use the not so easy to find phone to call security so they can bring you to your room. That’s if you even knew to call security. 2. I’m used to a 11am clock out not a 10am one. 3. They tried to convince us to sit in a meeting to look at what sounds like a time share.

Organized well had all supplies like tp, dish soap, etc. linens were included and were nice. Beds made. The pool areas and lazy river was nice

Only problem was the tiled floor was not clean. It looked ok, but when walking on it, it blackened our feet. The small patio area was not what I would have expected for a resort. The view was an unappealing canal. Luckily, some geese came frequently to entertain the kids

The resort was beautifully maintained. Our room was lovely and had everything we needed. We were only there for two nights but wished we had been able to stay longer. Great location and loved the shuttle bus to the beach.

No negatives.
