Well appointed & equipped room, clean with plenty of towels (very important to me). It was a good sized, you did not feel boxed in. AC worked great and was running when I arrived. Bed was super comfortable! I arrived transported by family and did not have my own car. The location was excellent with a close gas/convenince station, two fast food establishments and a major store across the street. Was really pleased with the breakfast near the lobby and especially the little coffee maker in the room. I love my morning tea, and could actually make a cup without it tasting like coffee!

This is nit picky, but the shower blasted out water pretty hard from the shower head. That is the only small issue I had - again, the rest was excellent.

The room was clean and the room was comfortable. The staff is helpful but his tone doesn’t sound friendly. At least he’s hardworking and helpful. The breakfast is alright.

The walls are thin. So you can hear the footsteps of the neighbors upstairs. It has only stairs so elderlies and people with heavy luggages should stay downstairs.

Clean and comfortable, good value

The beds had motion sensor lights at ankle to knee level! Any time you moved in the room, the lights activated! Total pain for seniors who “might” have to hit the bathroom 2-4 times per nite!

I loved the staff, breakfast room and the comfortable bed. Also the location was perfect for parking and walking everywhere. Close to downtown and many options. I look froward to returning. A toilet brush in rooms might be nice.

The blizzard

The pillows were so soft it felt like I was laying on a marshmallow.

The bathroom had its fault. The sink drainage had a rusty residue that stink the bathroom which I fix by turning the fan on. And the drainage in the shower was stuck so it took a while for the water to drain down. Overall the rest of bathroom felt cleaned!

Breakfast was good and place was clean and comfortable. We were returning home from a funeral and just picked a fairly inexpensive hotel to get some sleep before continuing on this morning. Rested well and had no complaints.

Staff are amazing! Very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the beds are so comfy! I've stayed here many times. I would recommend this property if you are staying in Brookings ! The breakfast is included and there is a great selection ☺️

The stairs to carry bags up and down. We are 80+ and worry about tripping on the stairs.

I did not like how I mainly booked this hotel for fitness facility & I didn’t find out it was out of service until I arrived.

Breakfast was good. Heater in the room worked great and was quiet.

There was some dog poop in the grass out front next to my car that I mistakenly stepped in.
