We didn’t eat breakfast
Our 1st morning we told staff our room was good. 2nd day we put out on door for maid service. Nothing was done. Went to front desk for towels & asked for maid service on the 3rd day, came back nothing done. Checked out on day 4.

The staff is always friendly and the rooms are always quiet and comfortable

The breakfast would rate the lowest score. Lots of packaged stuff. I don't eat meat so I really couldn't do much with the breakfast. Not a lot of fruit selection. Breakfast was sort of ... here, be glad you go some. Room and bed were clean and comfortable.
They don't service the room unless you specifically request it upon check-in.

Grand stay is beautiful and clean! It's the nicest hotel we've found near Peever SD. This is where we will be staying anytime we come to visit! Thank you!

The staff is exceptional. The general manager was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with.
Breakfast is making a come back, but this breakfast wasn't very good. They kept running out of items and coffee. Coffee. You can't run out of coffee. The items that they had we very limited so it was glaring when they ran out.

Milbank has long needed a more upscale hotel. Grandstay meets the need very well.
Price quoted online seemed high. Actual price was a pleasant surprise. The quoted price could have driven me away.

Very appealing decor and very clean. Picked this while we were on the road and we’re not disappointed at all. So nice to have a great place to stay for a last minute decision.
