Chris and Aniska took great care of us as usual. Our check-in was quick and easy and they even called to check that we got into our room okay and if see we needed anything. They also allowed our grocery order to be delivered to the room instead of having to meet the delivery guy at the front. Love having the kitchen and full-sized fridge. Rooms are always clean, hot coffee is always available, and you can't beat the location.

The only issue we had was a worn-down mattress in room 139 - it wasn't comfortable. We stayed in room 137 last trip, and everything was great including the mattress.

We stayed here before & it was wonderful, so we booked it again for an overnight getaway. It did not disappoint. The hotel is in a great area & a close drive to shopping & restaurants. It is beautiful & clean. The staff are exceptional. After checking in, the phone rang in the room. It was the manager checking to see if we were pleased with the room & if there was anything we needed. I consider that going above & beyond with customer service. I highly recommend & definitely will return again when we're in the area.

The front desk manager Chris was wonderful to us. He was able to provide us with early check-in after learning that I had just had a medical procedure done and needed to get my legs elevated. He even called the room to check on us and make sure there was nothing I needed. It was very appreciated. Quiet neighborhood. Clean comfortable room in a good location. Top Notch.

There is really nothing to speak of that we didn't like. Staff was great. Facility was clean and comfortable. I can't fault it.

We are moving to the area for my husband's new job so we have spent alot of time at this hotel lately. The staff have been so friendly and so helpful. We love the bedroom. Most hotels in the area for this price don't offer seperate bedroom/living areas. With 2 adults and 3 kids in the room the bedroom is great!

There could be more silverware and dishes. Our first suite had 3 spoons and 2 forks and this suite has 2 spoons and 3 forks. Only a couple big plates and 2 bowls. Not a huge issue (definitely wouldn't stop us from staying again) but for a family of 5 its not ideal.

Really nice place. Great facilities, everything worked, friendly&helpful staff, plenty of parking (the booking.com listing says you must reserve parking for $5 a day but when i arrived i was told 'just park anywhere.'. There was no fee. Seasonal? I don't know.) The room was clean and well maintained.

This is not a criticism but for those who don't know Nashville, it's quite a hike into town.

I use this hotel as my second home as I spend a lot of time in Nashville. I love having a kitchenette and saving money on food. The bed is always soft and the showers are hot. It is centrally located between my family in Franklin and my fun on south Broadway :)

I had to get some disinfectant wipes and clean a bit. It just wasn’t as clean this stay for some reason. I ran the dishes and utensils through the dishwasher before using them. My stays are usually clean, so I’m guessing it was a holiday oversight.

friendly, efficient staff members, full kitchen with big refrigerator, good location.

The luggage carriers were very dirty, & the drawers in the kitchen were dirty. The toilet was singing, but an employee replaced the piece that had worn out. The elevator broke down for a day or two, but a helpful employee carried my groceries up 2 flights of steps with strength & cheer. Everything looked old & worn, but the staff said that in 2024 the hotel is going to be remodeled. I will wait till it is remodeled before staying there again.

Chris and Aniska took good care of us on our stay. Always helpful and friendly. We have to travel to Vanderbilt Medical Center monthly and this has become our favorite place to stay. Clean, quiet and very conveniently located. Easier to get downtown from here than from the airport side of town. Great local restaurants including a Mediterranean choice just across the street.

Nothing I can fault about this stay.

Our queen bed suite had sleeper sofa if needed but make sure linens are in the closet when you check in. It also had a stove, fridge & coffee maker (supplied with coffee packets)and dishes & silverware if you wanted to make meals especially for extended stays. Location good and it was quiet at night (sort of business complex area and it was the weekend). Restaurants etc available within 5-10 minutes. Front desk and personnel very friendly and helpful and accommodating.

There was a problem with our queen bed suite which definitely didn’t reflect the price paid for the room but Chris P., the manager, worked it out to our satisfaction and made it “right.” We very much appreciated his willingness to do that.

Room had a great kitchen for self catering. Hotel was located in a lovely and safe setting and in Uber distance of downtown Nashville. Plenty of parking. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful

No breakfast options. bathroom needed some minor repairs as toilet moved. Not sure the last time behind the bed had been cleaned. No stool or seating available around the breakfast bar / desk area for eating food aside from the office chair.
