Our queen bed suite had sleeper sofa if needed but make sure linens are in the closet when you check in. It also had a stove, fridge & coffee maker (supplied with coffee packets)and dishes & silverware if you wanted to make meals especially for extended stays. Location good and it was quiet at night (sort of business complex area and it was the weekend). Restaurants etc available within 5-10 minutes. Front desk and personnel very friendly and helpful and accommodating.

There was a problem with our queen bed suite which definitely didn’t reflect the price paid for the room but Chris P., the manager, worked it out to our satisfaction and made it “right.” We very much appreciated his willingness to do that.

The room size is about the same as a 1 br apartment. Laundry om site, and it FREE, amazing. The staffthat I interact with went above and beyond to make sure my needs were meet and they were so genuine, Doyle and Kiemion, awesome!!!!! Thank you

My room could have been cleaner. The floors weren't mopped nor vacuum. No sheets or bedding for the pull outand the room smelled like dog. I had unloaded alot of stuff to move to another room that was offered, so I cleaned it myself

The room was clean and included everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient for a quick and easy commute to downtown Nashville. The staff was super friendly and helpful. (Anecdote: As I was checking out, I accidentally knocked over my small cooler, and pop cans and ice packs scattered in every direction. The desk clerk practically sprinted from behind the counter to help me gather up everything!) I would definitely stay at Sonesta Simply Suites again!

Other than coffee, breakfast was not served but there was a Kroger's and a Farm Fresh Market close by where we were able to purchase some breakfast items. The room was large; the kitchenette clean; the bed comfortable; and the bathroom was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. We especially liked the usage of the free washers and dryers and we also liked the location of the property which was in a very quiet and comfortable setting. Lots of restaurants nearby and the drive into Nashville was easy and only took about 10 minutes. We made our parking reservations on-line at a place across from the downtown Visitors Center and only paid $15 vs. the normal $25 (daily parking fee). Would definitely stay at the Sonesta again.

We would liked to have had more dishes and silverware. The silverware was really basic and it would have been nice to have had the use of a more upgraded set. Another chair in the room would have been nice and also a luggage tray.

great value, friendly staff, really liked that we could check out kitchen appliances at no charge, bed was very comfortable, and washing and drying clothes was no charge! small patio with grills was nice but more outdoor furniture is needed.

The air conditioner in our unit was very dirty, including mold on filters, cooling fins were very dusty. Only 6 chairs on patio, some folding chairs or lawn furniture would have made our stay a lot more comfortable as there is no lobby and only a very small patio.

The room was good, the bed comfy. Great room for a traveling business associate or a long stay,property was clean and kept up.

Only one large waste receptacle in the room. No USB charging station. Coffee in the room was only decaf, could have better signing for elevator direction as the halls are very long and it is hard to tell which direction to go to the elevator. I know this seems trivial but you will understand if you have been here. I meant to tell the desk the light bulb on the nightstand was out. Again rooms are dark and lighting poor. Hallway was extremely warm.

The check in staff member was absolutely great! Very informative and was was so welcoming! He makes you want to come back! The room provides a lot especially for someone that carries a lot of my own food. The kitchen area was very nice and the accommodation offering was great.

The box spring cover was filthy! It had a HUGE dark stain with caked something within the stain just below the mattress/pillow where you sleep! That just really took away from the room and made me start feeling like everything was dirty then. I would much rather have just looked at a box spring that clean than look at a filthy cover! The carpet had stains but that can be expected with the amount of people in and out especially with kids but a box spring cover doesn't have to be like that! The family next door had terribly loud kids that they allowed to run around both inside the room and outside the room....but that not really the hotels fault.

The staff was the best part of my stay. Every employee I came in contact with was happy and helpful and it was genuine not just doing their job. My room was clean and had everything I needed. I felt safe and comfortable which is very important for a female solo traveler.

Just like any other hotel the hall ways are always hot I don’t know why this is a thing but I wish hotel would change it

I loved my 1-bedroom queen suite. It has all the convenience and comfort of home. That was important because I tend to stay in Brentwood for weeks at a time.

I noticed some disrepair around the property but people were working on it. I am concerned about the mildew around the window seams.

The location was beautiful and placed very close to some of the most scenic neighborhoods in the suburbs of Nashville. Access to the expressway was minutes away plus we found some great restaurants and supermarkets nearby which were convenient. The facility was very clean, comfortable, and peaceful. I needed to also work a few days while there and really appreciated how quiet the building was kept. Would return without hesitation.
