Location is good. The indoor pool is nice but was pretty chilly would have been nice if it was heated just a bit. The breakfast was ok waffles were good, eggs were definitely some kind of substitute, biscuits and gravy better than the eggs, then there were breads, yogurt, cereal and apples. The staff was very friendly the room was clean we had two adults and four kids the room slept us all comfortably. The location was right just far enough from downtown and a great price. Over all a great stay.

The pool heat and breakfast left a little to be desired

It was convenient to sights.

There was 6 of us and we rented the suite. When we got there we only had 4 towels, washcloths &hand towels. I went to front desk and asked for 2 more and we could use them 2 nights. She told me that they were out of towels...... But there were allot of rooms vacant on the floor we were on. I also asked for a blanket for the pull out couch and they had none. This didn't make sense to me at all. Other than that it was good. I caught the maid the next morning and swapped out towels she was very sweet, we didn't want anyone in our room though.

we had troubles with the comode stopping up on us twice making a big mess and making it difficult to use till they were able to unstop it and clean up the mess... some mornings the eggs were cold and runny..in the 3 days there was no meat at breakfast only gravy for biscuits also gravy not very hot heat wise

Room was clean, no odors, bathroom was large and lighting was good. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Common areas clean and well maintained. Grounds outside were clean and I liked that they had a smoking area in the back of hotel.

Reception was not friendly or welcoming. Two different staff members, would barely make eye contact. Pillows on beds are AWFUL. Coffee in lobby/dining is not good. Tasted like chocolate more than coffee.

Basic but reflects what I paid.

Train personnel at check in to smile or be a little friendly like they are at least happy to have you there instead of not even looking up. You can tell when someone just has a job for the paycheck. Checkout personnel when leaving had a terrific disposition!! Smiling and wishing me a great day! Good for him. Maybe a manager.

We liked the location because there were shopping places nearby where we could just run out and pick up little things we forgot. The room was clean and well appointed with a microwave and fridge which is very handy with two little ones. Tje staff was great. the little ones loved the pool. Overall we were very happy with this location.

The only hitch was that my husband called down and asked what time breakfast would close and understood it would close at 10. We had a time change which interfered with the little ones schedule so we let them sleep in a bit. When we went down about 10 till 9 the breakfast was already being taken up. Very little was left. The lady was nice enough to get me some milk for the babies, which I appreciated so much. The adults made do with coffee

Nice, clean hotel. The kids loved the indoor pool. The breakfast was great. Just off the highway, it was easy to navigate around to other places like McDonald's, Dollar General, and Mapco right beside it when needing something while traveling. We visited the Tennessee Aquarium easily from the hotel, was not far at all..

The comfort of the bed and the shower was nice. It was clean and we felt comfortable. It had all the facilities we needed. We really liked the way we could come in and get a coffee or tea. LOVED the biscuits & gravy for breakfast!

Nothing that I can think of. Everything was good.

We had 4 adults and 1 child in a suite room. The room was a very decent size, the beds & pillows were pretty comfortable but, most importantly (to us- haha) was the air worked great.

The indoor pool was nice & clean but the water was not that warm for it to be an indoor pool and the floor of the pool was pretty rough feeling. All in all, it was nice & I am not complaining

Staff at check-in and checkout very friendly. Checked in during evening time. Very clean lobby. Location is good. Room was clean.

Spiders in room. Air conditioning not on in room prior to us getting there so it was very hot and took a while to cool down. Traveling with a baby so that was very frustrating. Ants crawling on counter top at breakfast.
