I travel with a fishing buddy to TN several times a year. The Baymont is always a good option for us. We're both over 70, and they always accommodate us with a ground floor room. They offer a decent breakfast (waffle, eggs, fruit, juice, cereal, coffee), the price is reasonable, and the location is convenient. It's always clean and the beds are comfortable.

On this trip, the temperature was changing (getting cooler). I turned on the heat in the room and noticed an odor. Very soon after that the smoke alarm went off. I assume there was a dust buildup over the summer. When I turned off the heat and opened the door for fresh air, everything was fine, and nothing more was needed. The hotel said they would check it. Also, the juice machine at breakfast was out of order (no big deal, just a minor glitch). Again, they said they were having it serviced.

Night shift when I can in they are cool one guy stranded out to me long story short I didn’t have my money on card and they had done closed the register and he still took my money and gave me a room key room was amazing clean only problem I had was normally when someone wants to rent room or a hotel they don’t normally like breakfast hours and Booking.com only said breakfast didn’t give a time span so at 10 I got up to go get food and was told there was no more breakfast and I tried to explain to her that I had no idea that breakfast was already over that. The app said that there was breakfast, but didn’t give a time span I figured breakfast would be over at that was the only inconvenient due to me having my boys couldn’t get them breakfast that morning But overall a good place, and would definitely recommend

The location is perfect. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. The only complaint was I had requested a ground floor room and received an email stating the my request was fulfilled. When I arrived I was given a 2nd floor room. I explained the request and email to him and he informed me there was nothing he could do. It's a standard motel. If you are looking for something super fancy, this isn't the place for you. This was sufficient enough for myself, my wife and our 2 children. We really like how close things are here as this was our 2nd stay while in town for our daughter's dance competition - plenty of shopping centers, an arcade, movie theatre, restaurants all within walking distance (or a very short drive across the street) from the motel. There was breakfast, not a big variety - eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy, waffles, yogurt, cold and hot cereal, toast and juice. It was enough to get your day started and not have an empty belly.

Not really a con but the toilets are very "loud and forceful" when they flush. Both of my children were startled and screamed when the toilet was first flushed, so if you are traveling with someone with sensory sensitivity keep that in mind so they aren't caught off guard.

The breakfast is hit or miss depending on who's working that morning. When adequately provided it is good. The staff was attentive and courteous, area is adjacent to the mall and several good restaurants as well as Walmart and other stores. I was going through a difficult summer and every time I stayed I was made to feel welcome and valued I will never forget my experience.

WiFi could be more stable. Stains on carpets, breakfast not always ready depending on who is on mornings.

Very easy check-in. Bed and pillow was very comfortable. Microwave, fridge, clothes Iron and hair dryer in rooms. More than just a continental breakfast it was awesome to have a nice hot breakfast with coffee to start our day. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to stores and restaurants.

There's nothing I didn't like. When I checked into the room there was a florescent light over the sink that was going out. The staff was very quick to accommodate us with changing the light bulb.

Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. There was a breakdown with my reservation between Booking.com and them. They still accommodated us, tho we were charged twice. The manager assured we would get a refund, and we did.

I did find housekeeping was slacking on wiping things that are not often used, i.e., hairdryer. It was very dusty. This is meant to be constructive, not to bash them. Other observations were good, like the bathroom. The free breakfast was awesome and well maintained.

This facility is very convenient for us when visiting family in Cleveland. Always clean and most of the time friendly.

On this recent visit, several issues did arise that were concerning. 1. When we arrived my wife requested a room with two beds instead of one king. The clerk responded that it would be an additional $28.00 a night. 2. We had ANTS in our room over the entire four nights we rented the room. 3. After eating their breakfast I became Violently Sick. (Vomitng & Diarrhea)

The daytime staff were very pleasant & helpful, not to mention they serve cookies😁! Everything was clean, bed was actually comfortable enough to sleep. The location was perfect for where I was going to. I would probably stay here again.

I stayed in the back bldg & the neighbors we pretty loud both nights, was kinda hard getting to sleep. The second night I went out to get towels from desk & the night-time desk attendant seemed slightly aggravated to do his job. I’m usually pretty gracious about situations, maybe he was having a bad day, but he is in a customer service job & if he doesn’t like it maybe he should consider something else. So, I didn’t bother mentioning the noise issue, because he acted like I was bothering him to do his job. Despite this, wasn’t something that was a deal breaker for staying here again.

I love everything about the Baymont Inn in Cleveland. The location is quite. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is kind and helpful.

I didn't like how I allowed myself to become associated with a person for company that ended up having no respect for the Baymont and ended up getting me arrested while she got to walk free. Robbing me of about $1500 in video games and other electronics. I probably am banned from the Baymont now, but its ok. I understand why, but like I said it wasn't any of their employees' fault. It truly is a great place to stay, especially for the money.
