Pool was great especially on hot day. Decent location for all of the softball tournament locations. Didn’t get a ton of room cleaning so we had to take out trash and ask for clean towels, paper, trash bags. Room was clean and bathroom decent size for everyone. Staff accommodating with the last minute change since we added another player from the softball team. Breakfast was consistent but kids were bummed about the pancake machine being down the entire week.

Some slight mold in shower and room wasn’t serviced frequently enough.

The desk clerk was training another. He was very pleasant, personable, informative, and welcoming as was the trainee and a manager. The price was very reasonable. We enjoyed the decor. The A/C heat unit worked quite well as did the huge TV. And the shower. Nice! I have difficulty with tubs, and it was much like an accommodation for me. The shower head enthralled my husband! We highly recommend this place. Also, it's close to a great Mexican style restaurant, Casa something which is a very short drive from the hotel. The free buffet in the morning was one of the best with many cold and hot selections.

There was no bacon at the morning buffet breakfast.

We stayed there while our house was still being completed from a flood. Great location as the kids could walk to the YMCA and my husband was close to the interstate to commute to work.. Rooms were clean. Internet was fast. I worked remotely at the hotel that week and never had issues with the internet lagging. The breakfast food was fresh and good quality. Really liked the pancake machine. The washing machine and dryer was not expensive and did a good job cleaning our clothes. The cycles were not that long either. Thanks for making our stay less stressful.

Most of the staff was nice and accommodating. However, there was one person that was short and rude. Otherwise, that rating would have been higher.

The property is very nice even if it does show it’s age a bit. We had a king suite for myself, my husband and two kids. It was nice to have separation between us and the kids. The bathroom was a great size with an entrance in our room and an entrance for the kids. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. We were able to get all the extra bedding and towels we needed, which can sometimes be challenging at other hotels. The breakfast was also great.

The shower doer did not close easily or all the way and they need more hooks for towels.

Not sure why but we had to keep asking for clean towels and they never changed the sheets or made our beds up

The full hot breakfast was nice and this location included options to accommodate various diet restrictions. The rooms included microwaves, mini fridge, and Keurig which were nice amenities to have easily accessible in the room. This location also offered freshly brewed coffee 24/7 in the lobby with a variety of creamer and sweetener options. The staff was friendly.

For what we were there for, a HS Cross Country State Championship Meet, the hotel met our expectations and needs.

The General Manager is excellent. She very experienced and knows how to run a hotel properly.

More bacon days at breakfast

Room was spacious.

No option for using just light in bathroom. Fan that came on each time you entered was extremely loud. Heating/cooling system had a fan that ran continuously. There seemed to be no option to turn it off for awhile.

Breakfast was probably the best we had the whole trip.

Location is further away from Nashville than I had expected, but that is my fault. Also, I thought there would be more lake views... couldn't see anything!

OuyThe staff in the dining room were so helpful. I am a Senior and also had hip surgery a few months ago. It was so nice to have someone helping me and taking my food and drinks to table for me. I was also Blessed to have one of the gentlemen staying there to help me get some of my things in my car with it raining and cold.

Had no issues.
