I feel like I definitely got my money's worth with our room. There were so many little amenities that were included with our stay that I wouldn't have even thought to ask for. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful during our stay, the check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and we were given a little Christmas goodie bag at the front desk when we checked in.

The mattress was way too firm - my husband woke up feeling like a rotisserie chicken that was tossing and turning all night from trying to get comfy. The air conditioner on his side of the bed was super loud and made sleep difficult from all the noise, and there was a repeated banging that would occur outside our room several times (not sure if it was a washer/dryer or an ice machine or something else entirely, but it was bothersome).

Staff was friendly. The room was clean and had plenty of towels. Someone was actually in the office at 12:30 am. to check me in. I went to 3 other hotels before going here, and none of them had anyone in the office or came when I rang the bell. I understand that most people check in during the day or evening and into the night. Some need that super early morning check in.

Waffle maker and waffle were quite good. No way I would eat those eggs or sausage.

I called the front desk later in the evening of our arrival and asked for a 6:30 am wakeup call so that we could get on the road as we were heading for central Florida. That call never came. But, the nice lady at the reception desk gave us a discount due to that situation.

raining Wednesday night. people congregated outside under the covers entry. 10-30 people from some convention and had their party outside under the entry…..complete with coolers! we were above the door and for around an hour 10-11 most on eft for their rooms.

Great location, clean, delicious breakfast, friendly staff

Pool was closed for remodeling. After a 19 hour day of driving with kids in the car, swimming was one thing they were looking forward to. They handled the unfortunate news well though. It just would've been nice to know in advance.

Every staff member that I came in contact with made sure to speak. The gentleman that checked me in ran into me the next morning and made point to speak and made sure everything was great.

I usually pay cash but they didn’t accept cash so I had to go out and load my debit card. It all worked out.

noise from air conditioning, and also people who work in construction very noisy in the morning and also when they eat breakfast very messy and noise Their workers who work in the construction in the next hotel there was so many of them that makes so much mess in the breakfast area.

This is a nice, clean hotel with good facilities and great breakfast offerings. We would definitely stay here again if we pass through this area on another trip.

We thought the lobby/breakfast area’s room temperature was too cool for our stay in mid-February.

Great location, Very comfortable bed and a very clean room and bathroom. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely look to stay here again!

There wasn't anything I did not like about my stay here.

We stayed in a handicapped room, even though we did not need one. Although, We are an elderly couple. When I looked at website, looked like last queen room available, and we wer I travel and needed to stop. We noticed if someone was handicapped and In a wheel chair, the sink was placed near the bathroom door in a way, that it would be very difficult to open if person inside had an emergency. Just observed this and thought it needed to be noted, did not effect our stay.
