We just did a random overnight to swim mostly. It had a good pool, clean facilities, breakfast in the AM, the rooms were good size and since it’s new everything was very up to date and nice.

The staff was all pretty rude besides the person at the desk when I checked out. I also booked online so when we got there and told me the deposit on top of room fee was an extra $250 that would be released back in a few days I was pretty annoyed because I couldn’t cancel my room and there was not anything on the site here or the actual site that said it would be an extra $250. When I expressed my disdain the lady was shocked I found that insane and asked me if it said something different online, I said it didn’t say anything at all about a deposit, I just assumed it would be $50-75 like most other la Quinta’s and similar hotels I’ve stayed at has charged. So prepare yourself for that.

The room was clean, lobby was nice. Quiet nights sleep.

The person getting the breakfast ready Saturday morning was on no time schedule. We were down there 15 minutes early hoping it would be early because we had a 13 hour drive ahead of us and breakfast wasn't until 6:30 on Saturday, Instead she was late and we sat there and waited for breakfast. She didn't even know it was 6:30 until she kicked us out and told us it wasn't time. When she was told it was time, she responded, "It is? What time is it?" The place was full of people waiting because she was late. It wasn't worth the wait anyway with the fake eggs and no butter... some kind of gross vegetable oil spread.

The staff was exceptional. They were very friendly and eager to assist. The room was nice, clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. Although I didn't get a chance to use it, the workout room looked phenomenal - much better than your average hotel gym. The location was perfect. Easy on/off the interstate, close to gas stations, restaurants, Starbucks next door. Unfortunately we didn't get time to explore but the area looked beautiful.

Super minor detail but it would have been nice if the bathroom had a ventilation fan.

The breakfast was ok, but nothing fabulous, they used eggs from a bag, which I could not deal with. I love the ladies(the staff) who worked the desk and put out the food for breakfast.

Not a fan of the owner who stated to me that Indians will only vote Republican because It's all about money for them. I found this statement to be very disheartening

The breakfast wasn’t great the eggs did taste like real scrambled eggs. Where was the breakfast meat? No sausage?no Bacon?? Who eats breakfast without a meat?

The housekeeping! The bathroom doors had smeared handprints all over them . And the bathroom and hall floor was dirty looking. The coffee machine in the room was full of dust where the coffees goes. You need better housekeeping and a someone to follow up on there work!

I liked everything about the room, except when we booked was told pet free, and it should up on line pet free, but when I checked in pet cost me 25.00 . I was so tired, and we did talk about it, but was told that was your policy, did not matter what internet said, was not happy about that. Was told nothing I could do about it. Not pleased, but was to tired to argue

This seemed to be a new hotel or newly updated. It was very big and bright in the lobby. The room was spacious and had a big bathroom. Breakfast was decent. My kids enjoyed the waffles.

The beds were to firm to my liking, I did notice a lot of areas that were not cleaned- the bathroom door, the bathroom floor needed to be swept and mopped. The main entry door needed to be cleaned.

The popcorn. Friendly staff. Adequate room size. Room was clean. Exercise room had a nice variety of equipment

Shower was dirty, but staff was quick to clean it & were very apologetic. Eggs were cold, but we were at the tail end of breakfast. If covers would have been left on they probably would be warm for a longer period of time.

Clean, nice bed, quiet.

We were disappointed that we arrived to the breakfast area at 9:30 and they closed at 9:00. The kitchen was full of bisquits and eggs etc, but would not let us have breakfast. The front desk said it is open until 9:30 on weekends. This was Friday morning. Front desk attendant said they had to stick to the 9:00 AM rule. So, we left hungry and had to find a restaurant.

Feels like a brand new hotel with modern, functional furnishings. The bed was comfortable, as was the lounging chair and ottoman. There was a swimming pool, and decent breakfast. I have paid lots more for a room not nearly this nice.

Coffee was weak, but that's about all I can complain about
