Every staff member from the front desk, to maintenance, to the resistant staff was AWESOME. I have never encounter staff with such attentiveness, respect, & genuine hospitality. I would stay here again just because of the staff. I also have never experienced having a breakfast buffet AND a cook to order option AND the staff was ready to serve either way. I did not catch the staff name that worked on 12/3/22 Morning BUT I want to sincerely THANK them so I’m hoping this review is shared with them.

I was unable to get the room to a comfortable temperature. The wall thermostat just changed nine’s but nothing changed in the room & the system by the window only worked if I turned it off then back on. I was told, Saturday morning, that happy hour would be that evening but when I came back down at 5p I was told that happy hour did not occur on Saturdays. The turkey sausage links were nasty.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds.

The carpet in the hallways was stained & needed cleaning. A few bleached out spots. The price was premium & I have stayed here before. It was not like this when I stayed a few years ago. They definitely need to replace the carpet on the 2nd floor…

I liked the location, friendly staff, decent room, and offered available extras (even though I didn’t use them.)

The internet service is very poor, the TV would go in and out nonstop, the shower could have used more attention in the cleaning area: mold in shower. The floor still had glitter on it, but that is difficult to vacuum at times. You had to pay $11 per person extra for breakfast.

i had an issue with my air…maintenance came up immediately to try to fix it but it didn’t work. when I called back to the front desk I was told to keep waiting for the air to kick in. luckily it was cool weekend so the temp in the room was bearable.

the employees were excellent. bed was comfortable.

the smell of their Lysol Clean was Sooooooooooo overpowering as to make me not choose the hotel again. there’s a difference between clean and environmental toxin. I had to open my door for hours to get the smell to dissipate to the point where I wasn’t coughing. I woke up with a taste of Lysol in my mouth. I really loved everything else about the hotel but this corporate policy of “Lysol safe clean” is disgusting.

Staff always polite and pleasant. Means a lot in this day and time. Food is always good.

Only 2 elevators and one was out of order.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was quiet. The room was clean and comfortable.

Ice machine was out of ice! Having to pay extra for breakfast was kind of a bummer.

Comfortable bed. Big TV. Ice machine close by. Convenient bar for night cap after long day on the road. Friendly staff Ron and Sharita.

Many signs of wear and tear in need of attention, especially bathroom.

The staff is always friendly and professional. They are always available to assist.

This is the second time I paid for breakfast to be included and breakfast was not available. No one could explain to us why it was not available.

Someone left there alarm clock on. It went off for over several hours. I finally got up and checked out early. I should have received a partial refund back.
