Patrick does an excellent job managing the lodge. Best place for staying in the area to experience the Cumberland Gap. Asked for more pillows and received them promptly to make sleep more comfortable. Highly recommend for lodging.
The Wifi was not as strong for streaming service (1 and sometimes 2 bars out of 3). Good for going outdoors and getting some sun. Helped me from looking at my screen and see the local sites :)

Patrick was VERY accommodating during my stay. For my trip I encountered many hiccups, mainly last-minute fight changes and lack of a rental car. Despite this, he was very kind in working with me along with driving me to the grocery store while I got everything sorted out. I’m extremely grateful for his hospitality. The rooms were also very clean as well and they were cleaned daily which I really appreciated. Very satisfied overall.

They keep out the riff raff. The manager (Patrick) takes great pride in this modest hotel and it shows. I'll be back, in fact I would'nt stay anywhere else around here.
A free room is always nice, other than the fact I had to pay it was perfectly suited to my needs.

We liked everything. Tazewell Moter Lodge is the BEST! The the Best Rates! The Best Location! The Best Customer Service! Patrick always takes care of us when we come into town. We would NEVER consider going any where else!

This is owned by the same family of 30 + years ago! They maintain this property as their own home.....No question that we will stay here again. Management went out of their way to accommodate us
A coffee maker and tissues would be nice.

This was the best family-owned motel I've ever been in doesn't look like much from the outside but the rooms are awesome there's no musty smell everything's clean in great repair

I was exceptionally happy with the gentleman who checked me in. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area. He told me everything I needed and wanted to know re: restaurants and directions to them and other places. He is very friendly. He is a credit to your staff.
The A.C. / Heater was a little loud.
