The location was great and the hotel was very clean. We didn’t eat the breakfast because we met up with our family at the restaurant next door.

I didn’t like that there was an automatic fee for the use of the safe, but if you didn’t use it you had to ask them to remove the fee. Nothing was said about it, but thankfully I read the fine print and saw it. The staff member gladly removed the fee, but I think it’s ridiculous to ask for a fee to be removed knowing I won’t be using something. That’s like ascribing a separate fee for the microwave (which I didn’t use) or the refrigerator (which I didn’t use) or the blow dryer (which I didn’t use), etc. Just because something is in the room doesn’t mean I’m automatically going to use it and need to pay a separate fee. Have a sign on the safe saying there’s a fee and you can check with the attendant for details. I don’t know; I just felt like it was a little devious, per se.

Convenient to Permian Hospital, close to several eateries.

Breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing. Also, we had selected an “accessible” room, which we had about a month ago. The only accessible feature we saw was a hearing-impaired doorbell. We were expecting features in the bathroom to assist in entry/exiting the tub or shower area.

The room was great, clean and tidy. The breakfast was also very good. Enjoyed the coffee. Didn't care for the coffee in the room (a Keurig would be great).

The only thing I didn't care for were a couple of spots in the shower where you could tell had not been cleaned well before my arrival.

We enjoyed the ease of getting to family's house. The continental breakfast was wonderful. The fact that there is a restaurant out front & one next door was great. The pool was also very nice. It was far better than the hotel we have used in the past.

I would have enjoyed a hot tub after sitting in a car for so long, but I was perfectly happy with our accommodations. It was far better than the other hotel we have used in the past

Our room was on the first floor by a bathroom and soda machine and it was hard to sleep due to the noise either the bathroom or the soda machine humming. Did not sleep all night and had a funeral to attend.

Everything in our room was clean upon our arrival. The staff was nice and helpful. The pool was clean.

My only complaint was that our air system was making a weird noise and we just had gotten there and wanted to rest after driving for 8hrs. This just happen the first night.

Very clean! Great breakfast! Chose this location for indoor pool for my son! Pool closed all weekend and was told it needed a filter. Nice stay though! Would try it again.

plenty of breakfast options. scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausage available with waffle batter ready for the making. Enjoyed the warm crystal clear swimming pool. Toiletries were very convenient. Rooms are very clean. Jasmine, front desk clerk very welcoming and customer friendly. Offered amenities information right away. Very satisfied.

our card did not work at one point but got it programmed in front lobby right away.

Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was very good the pool looked great hopefully next time we will be able to enjoy it
