Very nice staff and facilities! They went above & beyond. Great location too!

The hot tub was colder than the pool. Hate to be "that person" but they really should have put a sign up to make us aware. Was miserable to get out, and that was after two straight days of coaching at a state softball tournament in the middle of summer in the Texas heat.

Room size, location, over all cleanliness of the room, facility, breakfast area was clean.

We had double queen beds, one of the queen bed comforter had a BAD SMELL and was a used one. I had to remove both comforter and the sheet and used a clean towel to cover. Since we arrive late at night, I was not able to get a fresh, clean one till next morning. I spoke with a cleaning staff and she gave me a clean beddings and told me that she will inform the front desk.

The check in was quick, i noted the clerk asked my husband to come in to verify his ID. I appreciate that extra care., anyone could have used his credit card. This was a fantastic, spacious room, a comfortable bed and smelled like the room had just been cleaned. A note from hotel team was on the nightstand. Very nice touch.

The staff was so friendly and kind to us while we stayed there. The facility could use a facelift, you could tell the hotel is aged and needs some updates.

Just the facility itself seemed a bit dark. Some natural light or some updates are needed.

The breakfast was more or less what I expected it to be. More protein would have been preferable but I was ok with the choices of muffins, yogurt, coffee, etc. I liked that there were snack options in the lobby, it filled the need for snacks to bring to work or if I wanted something for the evening., as well as having bottled water for myself and my cat. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and polite.

As mentioned previously, the breakfast could have had more protein choices (hot breakfast sausage or hardboiled eggs, etc.)

Beds soooo comfy!!! Very nice to have delicious full hour breakfast again!! All the staff here are great! Housekeeping, food service, front desk, everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Has updated colors, seems to have been painted fairly recently, and countertop and tile in bathroom but little things like dings in doors and shelving under sink, some stains on carpet and nowhere to hang wet towels other than the lone hook on the back of the door, thinking maybe a renovation is still in progress

I noticed a used q-tip under bathroom counter, which made me think they didn’t clean the bathroom as thoroughly as they should have.

Then I was able to get into my room a little early because I had a wedding at 3:00 and they had a room ready for me the staff was wonderful

supposed to be 24 hour coffee available, coffee containers were empty around 10:00 AM

Roseanna was so sweet. Everything was so Clean! VERY FRIENDLY staff! Great Breakfast.

The beds need to be replaced. Very worn out. There was a smell but a few candles later and it was fine.
