The location was perfect, modern, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, decent bar, and an amazing smell in the lobby!
The hairdryer kept blowing the electrics in the room.

Amazing hotel! Brand new property in the heart of downtown Austin. Extremely friendly staff, who are all available to help if you have any questions. Carrie in particular was exceptional with her knowledge of Austin's f&b scene so go to her for recs. The hotel was crisp, clean, neat and very tech forward! We were very impressed by the rooms ipad controlled environment. Defs recommend!
The only thing that bothered was that the bed itself was really stiff/hard, causing a little back trouble for my partner. May be this is because the property is brand new and therefore the beds being brand new have not yet been "broken-in" but that was an issue. ++ irons in the room! You guys gotta put irons in the rooms as customers do not want to go to the "iron heaven" on each floor to quickly iron a piece of clothing.

Room was small, but this was what I expected so it was fine. Overall the room and the hotel in general were very clean and new.
Coffee policy was confusing. Not available in the room, but supposedly was in the lobby. But when I tried to get it there, I got a different story every day about whether I could just have it, or it was just only for people having breakfast, or if I had to pay for it. Not that big a deal, but just a little weird that there didn't seem to be a clear policy about something that seems kind of basic to me.

We ate breakfast other places. We did have coffee. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and cool artwork. Comfortable lobby and great rooftop area. We liked the tech aspects of the room, once we figured it all out. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The orientation of the bed proved difficult for us. My husband needs to be close to the bathroom and so I was near the window. This meant I had to crawl over him once when I had a foot cramp. Also there was little space on my side for the CPap machine. Also a couple of the outlets at the desk didn't work, so we had to unplug things so I could plug in the Cpap. We ended up bringing an extension cord, so I could run it over the end of the bed from the vanity area. When the window screen was down, I could barely fit water, phone on the window sill.

I really liked how nice the staff was, and how intuitive the room was as a whole. The rooftop pool and lounge were absolutely wonderful places to hangout during our stay, preferable to most local hangout spots (like bars and restaurants). The requirement of a room key to navigate any section of the hotel made us feel more secure and safe!
The room was a little smaller than we were expecting from the booking.com advertisement. We did end up having to book another room for our group (3 people). Which doubled the price of our vacation, when we could have gotten a room with a couch at another hotel. Of course this is a misunderstanding, and post confusion we really enjoyed our stay. Just a bummer that we started our trip with that complication, and we were already too committed to find a better solution at the hour we got in.

Very well decorated, awesome location, great price!! Very comfortable bed, and they have a duvet, with a duvet cover, no sheets. Loved that.
That's not a room for two. It's wide as the bed length, the bed is tucked all the way to the window, you can only access it on one side. So if you're two people, it's very inconvenient. Also the bedroom is also the bathroom. There is no actual door to the toilet or shower. Just a stained window. So... Very fine for one person For two? Very awkward. Also - no coffee or tea in the room. And the shower pressure was not great (though their website says everywhere "awesome shower pressure")

Everything about this place is great! From location to ambiance to commodities; we absolutely loved it! It was like being at home, but that futuristic home you wish you could afford, AND YOU CAN! The room was big enough for what we needed, if you are looking to stay in your room then you might want another place but the hotel has so many common rooms to use, you wont be bored! Amazing roof top pool & bar! Their coffee is also delicious and they had non alcoholic mocktail and beer options, loved it! Looked for their other 15 locations in the US, If they have one in my next destination , Im booking again.
The Iron room, too far and it toon too long, just add an iron to the room please.

This location and value cannot be beat. If you don't want a small room or to climb over/around your sleeping mate, this is not the place for you. For the rest of us, it is fabulous. The whole stay was flawless once you figure out the elevators. Fabulous food as well. We walked everywhere and used spot hero to park in an in/out facility next door. Highly recommend!
If someone told us you have to use your key in the elevators -- I know, this should not be hard, but it was for us and we rode around the elevators with others with the same issue.

Loved the location, its walkable distance to many things, including the famous 6th street, which is very hip happening during the weekend. The crowd can be a little young (college students) but if that doesn’t bother you you’ll have a good time. There are also a lot of good places that are appealing to a much mature crowd. The staff was extremely friendly!! I also love that you can choose your room location at no extra charge. The hotels lobby is amazing, fun, with plenty of things to do - browse through books, watch tv, play games etc., and there’s a balcony off of it to admire downtowns views when it’s nice outside.
The rooms are tiny - so be aware of that. I’m used to having traditional amenities in hotel rooms such as a coffee machine, ice bucket etc, but that sort of thing is not available here. You have to pay for everything as there’s a bar/restaurant on the second level you’d have to go to coffee/drinks, although they have a free water station.

The location of the hotel is right in the heart of downtown Austin. The art displayed is very modern goes with the hotel theme. Loved the way we can control the temp, lighting and the curtains all on the iPad. The room was a good size for 2 people. It's small comapred to most places but not bad considering the rooms looks amazing with the color changing lights.
We picked the wrong view to our room as we wanted to look towards the city. The courtyard was underwhelming but not much you can do there. The content connection was not working on our end but that could have been our phones not sure but not a huge deal.
