From the time my wife and I walked into the hotel till we left, we were very impressed. The lobby is clean and fresh. The check in process is quick and easy with very courteous staff. The room was larger than most other hotels we have stayed in. The bed is very very comfortable. The shower has good water pressure and adequate hot water. When we stay in Baytown again, The Hilton Garden Inn will be our choice. Thank You

Not enough parking close to the entrance is the only draw back to this property.

I was there to attend our Diamonds and Pearls 2024 Women's Conference. We had a very lovely time in a spacious ballroom and catered with delicious food that evening. Breakfast the next morning was good and filling. The staff was exceptional and the hotel very beautiful inside and out.

The only dislike I had was our waitress for breakfast. I don't know if she had a bad morning, but she had a bit of an attitude. However, she eventually got it together. Breakfast the next morning was great!

Staff, breakfast, and cleanliness was all outstanding. It's a wonderful place to stay while in Baytown and we have stayed a few times. Rooms are clean, beds are super comfortable, showers are great. The pool is fun and the green space to play is a lovely addition. Each time we are welcomed and made to feel at home while away from home. We will always stay here when traveling in the area.

While our stay was practically perfect, we did have a few hiccups. We paid additional for the full breakfast, only to meet pushback and additional payment was expected. This was cleared up and our initial payment was located. Wifi is not free, at least not for high speed.

We checked in easily, the room was very clean. We had the choice of what floor we preferred! I checked in by myself with my 3 children and felt safe. The beds were extremely comfortable!

The doors getting to the pool and doors available to you from the back parking lot were not working with the room keys! The pool and the bathrooms by the pool were very clean, plenty of towels also!

Cleanliness quiet. Good breakfast. Friendly prompt service. And the mattress was soooooooo comfortable. I liked all the sitting areas available too.

I’m glad you asked. I hate your sliding barn doors at the bathroom. It doesn’t give much privacy. You can see through the gaps in the door and see the person in the mirror. It was around 0100 when we checked in I liked that the door was locked.

I like this hotel chain I love the employees very friendly the girls at the desk the restaurant it's very nice very comfortable place

The room could have been a bit bigger at least a chair Laura loveseat just the room could have been a little bigger.

Everything, the staff was amazing, especially Aron, was so nice. Parking was convenient, the hotel was sparkling clean and everything was perfect. They even made our breakfast as sandwiches to go because we were in a hurry.

Was wakened up in the middle of the night due to a couple of people having.. well.. don't know if to blame the insulation. They were pretty loud. So, I'm not sure it's the hotel's fault. Other than that it was perfect .

The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was very good.

My debit card didn't work anywhere. Had to go to the bank to get cash very upsetting. The washers and dryers didn't take cards either. And no one had quarters. My clothes are wet. Our house burnt down these are all the clothes we have.

it’s very accessible. it’s around anything you would need. so nice and clean.

The property was amazing. The only thing I wasn’t happy with was 1 staff member that was serving breakfast. Brenda she had a little attitude and was rude. Erin was wonderful and very welcoming. All the front staff was great.

Easy check-in. Clean and very comfortable rooms. Nice and friendly staff. Great breakfast. Good coffee.

Only ONE negative comment: I'm not sure if the people were next door or out in the hall, but we could hear other guests late at night and early in the morning. They were so loud that they woke up my husband. Other than that, everything else was perfect! : )
