The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was the best it could be. I made reservations thru a 3rd party app. I unkownly put the wrong dates and paid for the stay. When i arrived to hotel Roxy corrected the issue that the 3rd party app said was NONE REFUNDABLE. Previously, i rebooked dates thinking i would loose my money, as it has happen before going thru 3rd party apps. But Roxy contacted the 3rd party app, which took forever for them to respond back and she resolved my mishap. My room was really clean (i love to walk bare feet on a clean floor). Had everything i needed. My stay was good. The room and service is above the cost to stay at Spindletop.

Small repairs here and there, but it was no problem.

Location is close to where I needed to be and the room was very clean. Thank you to the people who clean daily.

The door does not lock (door hardware may need to be updated) and there was no hot water in the shower. It was too late at night to tell someone about the lack of hot water, especially after a long day and I had to leave for work very early the next day. (After showering, I went straight to bed!). I did tell the manager about the no hot water issue when I checked out. She is very nice. She said a valve may need to be adjusted.

For the cost this hotel is great! It was clean and we felt safe. We’ve stayed at more expensive hotels in Beaumont that weren’t as clean. It is an older hotel and there was paint peeling on the door.

The beds were full size but there were two so it worked.

Front desk was friendly. Room was clean. We stayed a total of 7 nights and had no issues. It was quiet and comfortable.

The cleanliness of the rooms and the comfort of the beds is comparable to a 5 star hotel. The friendliness of the staff, especially the overnight desk gentleman, was exceptional.

The hotel is older and its age is showing. The place is spotless and welcoming but a bit tired and in need of a major renovation. But for me, clean, comfortable facilities always outweigh trendy aesthetics.

It is an old bldg. Yet Staff picked me up at be s station. Then saved me near $200 on prebooked price

They did have food items to purchase. Better taxi service. Walking, after being in military. It was not a challenge, just not fun. Very close to grocery store, They offer $300 wkly which could use perks added.

The little Gracian was great. The staff was very knowledgeable and very friendly. The motel was very clean and I feel very safe and secure and I rested like a baby I would highly recommend this motel.

Everything was fine. I enjoyed and appreciated everything there. Everything was real good.

Hotel was quaint and I liked the aesthetics. Very quite. Staff very friendly. Room was clean, smelled clean. If you stay a must eat is from the barbecue food truck that parks at the hotel, and the seafood restaurant across the street. Will stay again.

Needs updating the rooms specifically! Seems like people Live there long term or maybe it’s an extended stay hotel.

The staff is friendly and professional and always smiling and respectful..the place is so clean and always welcoming..the room omg is so clean and relaxing and comfortable....I really recommend
