I stayed there with my 3 grandsons 6,5, & 3 and everyone was very accommodating to them and me! The front desk person was so so helpful. I will come and stay here again soon. We love the indoor pool hot tub and we live here in Waco about 5 miles away.

There was nothing that I did not like! It was a very pleasant stay, I felt safe with it just being me and my 3 grandsons. Seemed like everyone was watching out for me and them. The room was very cool and comfortable.

Staff was great and location ok, exterior and lobby very nice.

.. ...So decided toCame close to 4:30 pm unpacked in our room . We were starving so decided to eat in hotel restaurant. Went upstairs just to find out toilet was not functional. Called front desk and was told maintenance was gone for day. After I asked, i was given another room. We were tired and also senior citizens. We had no option but to repack and move to another room....not a good way to end day...compared to lobby and exterior, the rooms were dated and due for renovation.

We had a very short stay in Waco, but it was delightful. Bed/pillows were super comfy, room was very clean and shower was amazing. The hotel was centrally located to each stop of our stay and was easy to get to. There was very little traffic or storm noise.

The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that the alarm clock was set by a previous guest (unbeknownst to me) and went off at 6:00 AM.

Everything was great. Staff was great, our room was perfect. No complaints.

The only part I didn’t like was the restaurant. The service was very slow, however, the food was great. I’d much rather have had a continental breakfast buffet.

Me and my wife loved the modern style shower and bathroom setups, the room was very spacious and elegant.

The king size bed was a lil stiff not plush enough. But was very spacious.

The room was so clean smelling!! The bed was so soft and even the carpet felt amazing when I took my shoes off! My husband and I enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in our room! It was so relaxing!

The front desk attendant was friendly and greeted everyone coming or going. She also made a correction in the online booking I did. Very helpful.

Restaurant, we went in and the guy barely acknowledged us and then continued doing what he was doing instead of coming to take care of us. There wasn’t anyone else in the restaurant, we got up and left.

Staff was very accommodating and the room was clean and comfortable.

I have no negative comments about the property.

It was very quiet and clean.

That it would be nice if they would put 4 towels in a room with 2 beds. The hallway going down to our room was quite warm. Guessing they were trying to save money. But nevertheless it could of been a bit cooler.
