The hotel was clean, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Free bottle water, coffee and tea all day long. Kids had a great time in the pool. We interacted with many of the staff and everyone was amazing!! Great stop for a few days or even an overnight stay pit stop. Location was decent right off highway. Had a few restaurants near and several gas stations.. Walmart was close a few min. Drive down the road if needed. Room was quite parking lot was well lit and bonus Starbucks in the same lot if your a fan.

They were having hot water and water pressure issues while we were there. They were actively trying to fix the situation, I saw the plumbers there and saw atleast 1 hot water heater get replaced. Also, the mini fridge in the room probably needs to be replaced and I would recommend a refresh in the bathroom. It was clean but the calking was starting to show wear that made it feel a little dingy. Everything else was great.

We had a large, well laid out room with plenty of space for our family and luggage, etc. The shower was good, pillows were comfortable, and everything was clean. The TV, WiFi, and appliances all worked well. The a/c, thermostat worked well. The breakfast area is much larger than most hotels. It was the only place we stayed in our 4,000 mile trip that had plenty of breakfast options, room to serve plates without running into others, and space to easily seat my family. Low stress.

No problems. The parking lot was a little tricky.

2 minutes from Big Spring Psychiatric Hospital and several grocery stores nearby such as HEB and Super Walmart. Gym had adequate equipment such as full set of dumbbells and 2 treadmills one was not working. Swimming pool area was nice and jacuzzi filled with salted water.

Not many good restaurants in the area near hotel, just a lot of fast food.

it was clean, quiet and nicely decorated. I liked the Zero brand shampoo & soaps. Also, when I got home, I had received a call from them letting me know I’d forgotten an Apple Watch charger! I was amazed! I’ve never had a hotel call me about things I’ve forgotten.

Nothing was wrong with it.

Parking near the entrances was limited due to arriving late and the hotel being (presumably) full. Overflow parking was available, which was good, but required a longer walk.

Ample room with 2 queen beds, staff was friendly, clean facilities especially by the ice machine where it tends to be not clean at hotels, accepted my docile big dogs, breakfast had great options and filled my adult sons appetite so we could continue our route.

No complaints or dislikes

Beds were comfy. Pool was heated. Room size was nice. Front desk staff was welcoming.

Frame from beds were a bit annoying. Everytime you move the frame would make a banging noise.

This was our first trip to Big Springs and everyone was very sweet and helpful.

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Also the sides of the pool.

The staff was amazing...very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They were probably the best hotel staff I've ever seen and I have stayed at a lot of hotels. They made us feel welcome and everything was very comfortable.

Everything was great so there wasn't anything I disliked

fine and laid out. however, the person laying it out was seen coughing over the food without covering her mouth or face.

unsafe practices around the food. room was not completely clean especially in the unseen areas of the room. overall cleanliness of the room was fine.
