Very friendly, helpful staff. Nice, clean, well set breakfast area, extensive hot buffet choices, immediately responsive to request for service on dead TV, immediate help with complicated cord issues that solved the problem. I'd certainly stay there again!

Maybe the TV problem was caused by housecleaning, but maybe by previous guest. Perhaps they could be proactive about that. But I repeat, they responded immediately to request for help and got the system back up and running.

Ice machine on first floor did not work had to go upstairs for ice... there was a beeping noise coming from the hallway that beeped every minute as I timed the beeps... electricity was off for over 2 hours and it got plenty hot in our room..

Bed was comfortable. Welcome bag was a big plus(very surprising as not One hotel we’ve stayed ever gave a Welcome Bag). Staff was very accommodating also. Will stay again on other trips to Big Springs.

Breakfast items were cold and limited. A little more attention and supply; otherwise a very good stay.

I liked the friendly staff. I had a problem with bites I don't think they were bed bugs they were probably mosquito. And at about 2 am I asked if they had something for the itching and they didn't have but the worker was so nice. But the bed was the best it was a dream!

My daughter who's stayed with me she was looking forward to the pool. But other than that it was all nice.

The location is convenient. Even though it is near the highway, the room was quiet and comfortable. A number of oil field workers seem to stay here. Some mud and dirt was tracked (from their work boots) into the hallway outside our room, but I think that is unavoidable in West Texas. Otherwise, the facility was clean. The hotel was set up for a full breakfast buffet, but they gave out breakfast in paper bags, and this seemed odd since 100% of the other hotels that we have stayed in this summer had gone back (from Covid protocols) to full breakfast buffets. We were able to choose items for our bagged breakfast, and breakfast sandwiches that could be heated in the microwave in addition to cartons of milk, cereal, yogurt, etc. were among the choices. The sack delivery, however, limited hot choice varieties. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

A breakfast buffet would have been nicer than a sack breakfast.

Checkin was quick and easy. Our request for a ground floor room was filled. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable and attractive. Breakfast choices were 8 of 10 and more than adequate.

The in-room coffee service only had 1 pouch of caffeinated coffee, and the facial tissue box was nearly empty. Very minor things, really.

The room was clean and comfortable. Bedding was comfortable and the cooling functioned well. The location was very convenient.

Unfortunately, the elevator floor was soiled and sticky and the ice machines in the building were all out.

This was one of the cleanest Sleep Inns I have stayed at, and the staff was probably the nicest hotel staff I’ve experienced in awhile (and I travel a lot). Everyone was super friendly and always available.

It was just a bit noisy but I was right off from the lobby so I understood!

The young lady that was working the desk during morning shift was great!! She was very accommodating!! I only wish I could remember her name!!

The gentleman that was working the graveyard shift, was not so great. Myself and another customer stood in the lobby for a little over 30 minutes while waiting for him to return from “checking the rooms”. He walked around with his AirPod hanging out of his ear. Not very professional in my opinion.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The facilities were fresh and clean. Good breakfast and great coffee.
