I liked the friendly staff. I had a problem with bites I don't think they were bed bugs they were probably mosquito. And at about 2 am I asked if they had something for the itching and they didn't have but the worker was so nice. But the bed was the best it was a dream!

My daughter who's stayed with me she was looking forward to the pool. But other than that it was all nice.

The location is convenient. Even though it is near the highway, the room was quiet and comfortable. A number of oil field workers seem to stay here. Some mud and dirt was tracked (from their work boots) into the hallway outside our room, but I think that is unavoidable in West Texas. Otherwise, the facility was clean. The hotel was set up for a full breakfast buffet, but they gave out breakfast in paper bags, and this seemed odd since 100% of the other hotels that we have stayed in this summer had gone back (from Covid protocols) to full breakfast buffets. We were able to choose items for our bagged breakfast, and breakfast sandwiches that could be heated in the microwave in addition to cartons of milk, cereal, yogurt, etc. were among the choices. The sack delivery, however, limited hot choice varieties. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

A breakfast buffet would have been nicer than a sack breakfast.

This was one of the cleanest Sleep Inns I have stayed at, and the staff was probably the nicest hotel staff I’ve experienced in awhile (and I travel a lot). Everyone was super friendly and always available.

It was just a bit noisy but I was right off from the lobby so I understood!

The young lady that was working the desk during morning shift was great!! She was very accommodating!! I only wish I could remember her name!!

The gentleman that was working the graveyard shift, was not so great. Myself and another customer stood in the lobby for a little over 30 minutes while waiting for him to return from “checking the rooms”. He walked around with his AirPod hanging out of his ear. Not very professional in my opinion.

I like how nice the rooms are.

This is the second time we have stayed here in 6 weeks and we have booked a king room and have gotten a double Queen both times. We were told all kings were booked up, but how can that be when we booked enough in advance? So either the hotel is wrong or Booking.com is wrong but I have never had this problem.

Receptionist on Wed and Thursday evening till midnight was awesome. She was so friendly and made you feel very welcome.

Breakfast. I am on strict diet and grab and go breakfast was not anything I could eat. Would have been nice to have scrambled eggs with bacon or sausage on the hot table. Most places have returned back to this.

Dryer was out had to wash at thelaundry mat, also would love to get the hot breakfast back, the baggies where good but I missed the Texas waffles ❤️

We did not partake in breakfast but the room was clean, comfortable, attractive and had everything needed. It exceeded expectations for the price. Staff was friendly, efficient and we especially appreciated the whiteboard that listed local restaurants and things to do in the area- very nice!!!

Room was clean, staff friendly, bed very comfortable. pleanty of plugs to charge electronics. Our room's TV remote had issues, and staff very quickly tried to fix. When she was unseccessful, she changed our room without hesitation.

Clean, comfortable, and great value

The neighborhood looks sketchy and ghetto. In all honesty i felt better seeing oilfield and construction vehicles with nice toolboxes in the parking lot. I figured they would be more if a target than my vehicle.
