I like the location and the new staff at front desk is a lot more friendlier. I stay there for work monthly and they finally recognize me as a returning customer. Kitchen staff in the morning are always helpful to me. Location is great for my needs.

The breakfast is really good, but the last few months the eggs are VERY runny.

Our family has stayed at the Hyatt Place Austin at Cedar Park on several occasions and we've been extremely happy every time. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and the hotel and it's facilities are likewise top-notch. I want to give a special shout-out to the staff at the front desk as they are super-friendly, helpful, and professional, especially the employee on the last night of our visit who came-up immediately to help-out with our sink (it was a bit backed-up) and when it still wouldn't run switched us to a new room without delay. Also want to give a special thanks to the manager who used the Starbucks machine at the bar to make us the most amazing latte and cappucchino. All in all, you'll love this hotel!!

The location was perfect just across the HEB Center were I was going to a concert! Everyone was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. And the breakfast delicious, they had plenty of variety for breakfast! Everything was perfect!!! Can't wait for going to more concerts and staying here!

It was clean and modern. Large choice of food for breakfast. Overall great place.

Staff was not very welcoming. We were never greeted in the mornings when we came down for breakfast. Staff was often busy having private conversations, looking at phones, etc. One man on breakfast service was very kind und helpful. The food wasn't the best, but there was a large variety to choose from.

The hotel was nice but I was charged over 200 dollars for a deposit and I left the room in good shape I didn't trash anything I did not take anything there's no reason for me to be charged this extra $200

I don't like that I was charged I deposit of 140 and 90 dollars and can't get a refund I don't know why I was charged so much nobody will answer me back I've called Priceline and the hotel nobody's helping me Q

Generally, I would stay there again. I thought a bit expensive for the style of hotel. However I have not compared other hotels and everything is just more expensive these days.

Toilet seat would not stay up when the Male in the crew wants to urinate standing. Door selfclose mechanism needs to be adjusted. It really is a bit dangerous.

The General Manager Kevin is outstanding! He goes above & beyond & outdoes himself to make your stay & you happy no matter what! We stayed 4 days, extended it & changed rooms without having to wait! He is wonderful!

Everything was great!

Breakfast was very decent. Wide selection. It was actually out early which worked for my timing needs. Lots of seating areas in the lobby was also quite nice and useful.

Music from the venue across the street was annoying. I’m not sure what the hotel can do but they should have mentioned it to me before hand.

The hotel is fairly new so everything is clean and updated. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. The included breakfast was a nice bonus and was very good. I would stay at this location again!

We booked a room with 2 queen beds but the room type was not available at check in. We were given a room with one king bed instead. Luckily it had a pull out couch or it would not have worked for us.
