The room was comfortable and clean, the beds were comfortable. A good functional bathroom and it was easy to get a good nights sleep here. It was not too noisy in the corridors at night and I did sleep well and woke up refreshed, ready to carry on with my journey. The breakfast and the member of staff that cooked and supervised breakfast was awesome, absolutely top notch! She was chatty and engaged in conversation whilst being professional and providing the best breakfast that I have had whilst staying in any hotel in the US. A great selection of hot and cold breakfast items, I particularly enjoyed the omelette’s. All round a really good hotel for the price.

The gal, Rene, who managed the breakfast was very helpful, courteous, friendly and efficient. the breakfast was good and the pancake machine was so much fun!

I had difficulty getting checked in. I was told that I would receive a phone call when the room was ready as I was there prior to check-in time which was 3:00. I finally went there at 4;00 and the front desk person was rather cranky, although he was courteous and helpful later in the evening.

Breakfast was great. The hotel was under renovation, but still clean and pleasant.

The hotel was great. Booking.com did not send my reservation to the hotel,so they did not show that we had a room. Luckily I had my confirmed email and they worked with us. I do not recommend booking.com

This was a good location to stay in our trip. A Walmart was close so we could get some things we needed.

The guy was not very friendly when we checked in but was nice enough and helped as needed.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast with cereal, eggs, sausage and biscuits. The building is being renovated, so was a little unkempt. We had our dog and hotel was very friendly for that.

the shower head, bath products, and pillows! regular full size pillows instead of those square puffs of air.

The staff was very friendly. The woman who made/monitored the breakfast was especially kind and helpful.

The vent in the bathroom was not operable.

The hotel was super clean and comfortable. They still had a great breakfast, but for COVID had a staff member serve it to you. I REALLY appreciated that because we were traveling with our kids who can't yet be vaccinated. Also, all the staff were kind and helpful.
