Slept in too late both days to have breakfast, so N/A. Nice Front Desk agent "Jerry" who let me check in one hour early (2pm) because I arrived sooner than expected. Jerry also helped me with bags because other guests had not returned luggage carts to the Lobby. Newly constructed hotel so it hasn't been trashed yet. Nice room. HVAC, TV, bathroom, lights, etc. all worked fine. Free WiFi. Small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (coffee provided) in kitchenette, quality blow dryer in the bathroom. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Good parking, well lighted 24/7, safe and clean lot. Only 4 story building. All Front Desk staff super friendly and helpful!

The room was dark. There is one light fixture from the wall between the beds. Another light fixture between the bed and the wall. One strip style light under a shelf over the desk by the TV. Two lights in the foyer near the kitchenette, but large dark area between entry and bedroom. $5.50 for Sparkling Ice lemonade from the Lobby concession is excessive. BYO drinks and snacks. Hotel is located on One Way frontage road of Hwy 6. If coming from north, west, or east, you will need to cross Hwy 6, drive to U-turn, and back to the hotel.

Great room, clean, new, comfortable. Staff was very understanding, helpful and good at communicating.

They had trouble with a cleaning staff person calling in sick at the last minute (which combined with the concert going on nearby and >50 people checking-in on the same day, resulted in not having enough rooms cleaned by the time we got there). But the rest of the staff did well accommodating us. The manager and clerk were friendly and communicated well and were working fast. And the maids seemed to be working hard to overcome the snag. So overall they did great.

I would at least thought that they would’ve had bacon or maybe some boiled eggs or something but no. Just some runny scrambled eggs and a waffle maybe piece of sausage. It was disappointing.

Clean, spacious, comfortable beds. Decent workout room. Clean pool. Delicious breakfast. Easy 15 min. drive to A&M. Good location. Housekeeping emptied out trash daily and made our bed. We stayed for 3 nights.

Pool was locked during swim hours. Breakfast the same on the weekends as during the week. Biscuits and gravy would be a nice addition as at other La Quintas and waffle toppings.

The hotel was clean, organized. The service was really kind and the room was comfortable. The breakfast space is convenient, clean finally he quality of the food is pretty good.

My only complaint is the breakfast doesn't have many options to drink or eat. For example:they doesn't have hot chocolate, oat meal. You cannot find tea options. My advice would be improve the beverages zone.

I liked how clean and welcoming it was.

I didn’t like that we got placed in a hearing impaired room where you could hear banging on the wall or just loud movements all through the night and in the morning. Wasn’t the best sleep I could have had there. Also didn’t like that the third party had a later checkout than what they allowed.

the lobby provided a large variety of seating arrangements. Halls and room were clean. Great location for our purpose and easy access to Hwy 6.

I thought our room could have had a chair or 2, even though it was an assessable room there was enough space. The breakfast was minimally adequate though more of a pastry and yogurt selection would have been appreciated. Had to wait for fresh scrambled eggs and the countertops had cereal/food crumbs everywhere.

the customer service. the gentleman that check us in was fantastic. Helped us get rooms together and recommended some great restaurants.

I didn’t like that this property is associated with the La Quinta on south college. we accidentally booked that hotel and when we got there it was scary and a dump.

Great customer service from the recepcionist to the housekeeping. The bed was very confortable, ability to control the room temperature as desired. Great Location very closed to a Cinemar and many restaurants.

The restrooms from the lobby both had a very strong smell as if they were only serviced once that day. No PPV movie selections or options to conect to Netflix or youtube on the TV

The hotel was nice and clean. I loved the DOVE products in the restroom.

The breakfast selection was not good, the coffee did not taste good at all, and the breakfast staff was not friendly at all. The TV clarity was horrible too.
