Great location. The room was clean and obviously well kept. The breakfast bar had a wide variety of items to choose from and it was fresh. And I can't say enough good things about the staff, helpful and smiling. And the housekeeping staff were all very congenial and went out of their way to come back and tend my room when I asked them to, and this after I had told them not to worry about it one day. Thanks to all of you for a great stay!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating!
We got a king room with a sofa bed. The sofa bed was the only thing in the room that wasn’t cleaned. It had dirt and trash that we had to clean off before using.

The lady who helped make breakfast
The lady in the front desk in the morning . She had a very angry face and didn't even acknowledge my wife and I when we said good morning. She had a very Negative and nasty attitude.

The AC was off when I walked into my room so it was as hot inside as outside and took about 5 hours to cool down

Prefer hotels that do not have outside entrances to each room. However, this felt safe, was very clean, bedding & furnishings were very nice, staff was friendly, and breakfast was decent.

We stayed 1 night , at Best Western Del Rio . We booked a room with 2 queen beds . The room is really big . The front desk staff are really nice and professional . Beds are so comfortable, slept really good . Breakfast was so delicious , I had a huge waffle . They offer a great selection of breakfast items . Definitely recommend this property! Forgot to mention they are affordable!

The night, daytime & housekeeping staff were all amazing with great customer service skills!! It made the stay better!
The pool wasn't available due to cleaning but that's it.
