The hotel was very clean and a positive vibe once walking in, the desk clerk was so nice and very knowledgeable of the area, the rooms were a perfect size and extremely clean. We loved the Dove products in the restroom!! The breakfast had a very large selections and all the workers were so friendly.

Only issue we had was the pool turning green the night we stayed but management had someone out ASAP to work on it.

Good location. Nice, new hotel. Very clean. Efficient staff. Comfy bed. I liked the option of firm or soft pillows!

The walls seemed rather thin. I could hear my neighbors. Also, the doors to the rooms slam shut - there's no mechanism to slow them down so they are quieter. Water pressure in shower was dismal. The breakfast offered quite a variety of things, but the omelets looked unappetizing and the biscuits were SO hard - worst hotel biscuits I'd ever seen.

Excellent full breakfast included with the room. I liked the use of paper cups, rather than styrafome, for coffee. The room was spacious and able to accommodate 5. Backlit mirror in bathroom was nice. Beds were very comfortable with two pillows provided for each person, one soft and one firm.

Would like organic sugar option for coffee.

It was very clean hotel and the staff was friendly . For thier being a baseball tournament the hotel was packed but it was very quiet and the breakfast was good and plentiful. We also liked that it was close to most of the places we wanted to go to and the rooms were very spacious.

I really can't say nothing bad about the holiday Inn. It's a newish hotel with plenty of parking. A little pricey but we already knew that.

Lighting in bathrooms was horrible. Water pressure in shower was horrible. I understand there may be water conservation efforts in place, but you're not conserving water if you have to spend an extra 15 minutes in there, rinsing off.

Everything about the property. When we enter the lobby, the attendant was very friendly and courteous. Our room was very clean and comfortable bed. We also enjoyed the breakfast. Let's not forget the A/C, the room was cold and comfortable. Just the way we like it.

Staff shortage was apparent. Housekeeping was pushed to the limit along with other staff. They did the very best they could do. Need more help here.

When we pulled up, the pool was completely empty. We picked this place because it had a pool so that was pretty disappointing.
