Hotel is always nice we always choose this hotel for our travel stays when heading to Mexico. For some reason they cancelled my booking by the time we arrived but they were able to still provide a room for only 30 dollars more then what I was going to be paying.. that was a little disappointing but hotel and staff are good

Canceled my booking before I arrived which is always later and I had even sent a message that it would be late when we came in. They stated they had called with no answer but my phone never rang and I didn't get the cancelation email until 45 mins after we had arrived

A much better property to stay than some of other Hotels/Motels in Eagle Pass for the cost. The rooms were amply sized, everything was in working order and the room cleaning/refresh service was superb!

More substance to breakfast, but there is a Huddle House right next that has excellent breakfasts with awesome pricing.

The people were wonderful. Treated with respect and very friendly.

You do not offer drinking water to guests. The room is to expensive for not offering water in the room. The vending machines were out of drinking water. Your vending machines in the building had no drinking water. Add drinking water to the food menu. Also add water to the lobby. I recommend you to have a water dispenser for people to fill a cup of water on their arrival or while they wait in the lobby.

It was close to the casino. The place was clean, comfortable beds, and the staff was friendly. It was also close to a variety of eating places. I would stay there again.

The water pressure from the shower was low but I liked that the water temperature was easy to adjust.

Room was clean. All was well maintained and in working condition.

TV was a little small for viewing. Bed appeared comfortable at first, however, sleeping became quite a struggle as the mattress was too hard. Not enough outlets to charge phone, tablet, and the like. The bathroom held a small sink, which didn't leave any room to place cosmetics or other toiletry products. No counter space. Continental breakfast could have been a little better. Breakfast area was right in the lobby by the check inn desk, and hotel staff had a loud argument about a customer complaint, which involved dirty guest rooms. Management and cleaning personnel went back and forth about whether the rooms had been cleaned or not.

The location is excellent; the staff is very friendly and accommodating; the room was clean; check in and check out were fast and easy.

The bathroom is a little small; not enough electrical plugs available.

We liked everything about our stay the room was clean, cozy and the bed was very comfortable which is very important especially having had so many back surgeries. The restroom was nice and clean and just overall the facility.

This is our second time staying and there is not much to say that I disliked other than the ice machine not working on the third floor which where we stayed both times. Another thing is that there aren't plugs by both sides of the bed to charge your phone.

The staff and hotel was very nice! The facility is always very clean and the room was very accessible because I use a mobility scooter.

The hotel was so much more than I expected. It was in great condition, clean, brightly lit at night, and the staff was so welcoming and friendly. The continental breakfast had a variety of items to choose from and was kept very clean and organized.

Everything was great! The only thing we lacked was a bar of soap in our bathroom, but we had our own.

Last minute decision to stay in town and the place was not pricey. It’s clean and kept up nice.

The toilet handle was located under the shelf and no room to depress it.
