Great value for the price. The establishment is very well located. The room was huge (it was a suite in my case), well equipped and comfortable to use. Could watch TV in the front room while kids were sleeping in the main part of the room without bothering anyone.

For some reason the front part of the suite was very noisy, like if some machinery was on the whole time, even though I turned off the air conditioning system (suite was located at the fourth floor). Beds were very soft. In fact they were too soft, like if they were very old. Woke up with a slightly sore back. For breakfast, I am almost sure that the scrambled eggs were of the powdered type.

Very nice suite in the tower behind the lobby. Breakfast area was well stocked at 8 AM and a warm meal was had by me. Coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave all worked fine. TVs had guides on various channels. Like, 10-1 and 30-1 were the guides for 10 to 29 and 30 to 60 or so. Did not use the pool since I did not stay long, just like stopping here when I go back and forth on Interstate 10 across the country. Will be back! Plenty of restaurants near the airport area where this hotel is.

Not sure what some of the light switches controlled. Main ones worked just fine. Time on the clock was slightly off and I was not able to change it.

Close to the airport, very friendly staff. Victor, Hector, Jesús, all very attentive. Reasonable breakfast for the price. In general, for the price, everything is reasonable. The best thing is the Shuttle that takes you to nearby places (2.5 miles). It has a laundromat and a meditation area with massage chairs.

Cleanliness in the surroundings and in rooms can improve. The gym is very small. Bad coffee.

Appreciated the proximity to ELP and the fact that they have a 24-hour shuttle. Staff were friendly and we were unexpectedly upgraded to a suite, which was clean, well maintained, and spacious. Despite airport and parking lot being so close to our room, it was quiet and comfortable.

For some reason room deposit was charged twice, but it was completely refunded within 4 days as promised!

When we returned to the hotel room in the late evening after attending a funeral, we found that the room had NOT been cleaned. We had expected at least to find the bed made and clean towels, but this was not the case. When we reported this, we were told we could be moved to another room, but this would have meant, packing everything up at 11 pm an we had to be at the airport at 4 am. It was not worth the move. They did bring us fresh towels.

Outdated but had everything I needed. Staff was very attentive. Hotel exterior and lobby are excellent. Suites were plenty big and pool area looked very nice.

Hotel very outdated in hallways and actual rooms. Must have been very swanky back in the 1970’s. The carpet throughout hotel needs to be replaced as well as 1 elevator. The wall colors and lighting in halls makes you feel like your in a the movie “The Shining”. Scary for a females walking alone .!

Suites have plenty of room to stretch out on. Comfortable bed with just enough pillows. Plenty of towels. Great water pressure. Shower head tall enough for someone over six foot tall. Breakfast had a nice variety of items. Bed reading lights on both sides of king mattress.

Didn't look at milk expiration date before consuming at breakfast. That's on me for trusting someone else had. Lighting control switches were sometimes on the wall behind open doors.

The location was very easy to find from the airport. The staff was exceptional. Travis checked me in late at night and he made sure I knew where to find the building with my room. Later on, I needed help from him and a very nice woman at the front desk with him. I asked for a taxi referral, they gave me Adan’s business card. The next morning he picked me up and made himself known to the staff which, as a woman alone I greatly appreciated both those small actions. I called the front desk later to complement them and they answered the phone promptly. 10/10 stars.

Quiet, comfortable beds, spacious suite, microwave and fridge, clean, well-appointed hot breakfast buffet. Needed to upgrade to a suite with double beds simply due to our situation and were not disappointed.

The A/C in the bedroom did not lower the temp at all, it remained at 70F the entire time, despite setting it for lower to sleep. To be fair, we did not request any help with this as we were quite busy attending our event.

The afternoon receptionists (Kimberly and Travis) and staff were over the top! They helped in everything that we needed. Breakfast was awesome. Our room was super clean, the hotel overall was super clean. The pool and waterpark as well. Just a really nice experience that we had as a family and I loved it. We will be staying there again.
