The hotel staff was very polite and professional. The room has a sitting area with a sofa and chair. It also has had a mini fridge as well as a microwave. They also have a nice sitting area for the continental breakfast.

I had difficulty turning on the shower and the tub drained slowly. There was an odor throughout the hotel, including the lobby. It’s hard to describe, but it was like a musty or moldy smell. There was a pretty decent sized stain on the carpet inside the room in the middle of the floor.

The breakfast was fine. The rooms were large and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helped as much as they could.

The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. I tried to add my AAA discount but wasn't allowed to do so because I booked online. I would suggest that you change this. I was told my payment would be taken when I arrived so I thought I should be able to add that discount. There isn't much flexibility if you book online. Next time I will book through the hotel.

I loved that the location was only 10 minutes from our event and close to restaurants and stores, especially buccees.

The restroom was not cleaned upon our arrival. It looked as if someone did number 2 before we got there and the house keepers forgot to clean it. The bath tub wasn't very clean either. The pillows on the beds were not soft enough.

One of the keys doesn’t work, I ask two times in the front desk and still no work, the second day the water was shutdown

The elevator was not working. My wife has a broken foot and it was difficult getting her to the third floor to our room. They would not consider giving us another room closer to ground level or even a discount for our obvious inconvenience.

Friendly service and very clean hotel. Good breakfast selection and good location.

The dryer in the laundry room needs replaced or repaired. We ran our clothes through 2 cycles, and then we had to go 20 miles to another town to find a open laundry mat at midnight.

How nice the staff was. And returning to my room after work to see all of my belongings nicely organized. Also, the fresh supplies.

That the gym couldn't be used. The gym is one of the main reasons that I booked this hotel. They should leave wipes for guests to just clean the equipment after use and provided hand towels there in the area to help the guests to be able to get rid of excess sweat.

It’s mostly away from the main hub of town.

It is located next to a main highway so you do hear lots of traffic noise.

After blowing a tire on the way home from a trip we need a quick place to sleep until a tire shop was opened. Ariel was so helpful and really relieved a bunch of my stress during a really crappy situation! Wonderful customer service!

The lady at checkout the following morning was not friendly and I’m thankful she wasn’t the one working that night or I probably would have had a full on momma breakdown. I’m just glad the right people were working at the right shifts for my road side disaster

Our room was very nice and very spacious. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows, and the towels. They served one of the better continental breakfasts we've seen since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.

A couple of the electrical outlets were loose. There was a bit of truck traffic noise from the nearby highway. No caffeine-free/diet beverages available in the vending area for sensitive diabetic guests.
