First time to stay in a Drury Inn and I would say that it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was very friendly, happy and accommodating. They seems to be enjoying their work. The lady at the front (Orra) went above and beyond to meet our requests, comfortable bedrooms, breakfast was good, the 5:30 PM kickback is a wonderful plus they have free popcorn and soda at the lobby, love the location and and how they keep the cleanliness of the facility. It was definitely a relaxing stay, We will surely come back

The rooms were very clean and with good amenities. The kids really enjoyed the indoor pool, popcorn and breakfast. And of course us adults enjoyed the free drinks . Parking was very convenient and safe. Great location of the property with nearby restaurants and family activities like Kidzania and the aquarium. I was really impressed with the friendly and welcoming staff. The upper outside balcony view was very relaxing and beautiful.

There was nothing at all that I didn’t like about the property . However, just a suggestion of a different breakfast meat like bacon. With a different flavor of Creamer for coffee. ☺️

Breakfast was excellent from the waffle station to eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausage, biscuits and gravy. It was the equivalent of most restaurants and better than many. We also had breakfast later and they did not run out of food like some other hotels that I have patronized in the past.

Outside parking is a little limited so I used the parking garage, but I was happy I did because there was a hail storm during my stay. Also there was a problem with the door from the parking garage sticking and not wanting to open.

This makes the 5th year we've stayed at Drury. Always about this time for our daughters birthday. When we were checking out we had some car trouble. The hostess,Quinta(?), called the maintenance man,Sergio(?), to see if he could help. Did he help, he saved the rest of our trip. We could not start our vehicle, and could not move it out to jump start it. Sergio raised the hood, looked around and found the problem. Went and got his tool box. Tightened up a few things and we were good to go! This is why we stay at the Drury! Thank you again Sergio, you were the answer to our prayers! The Esch's

There was nothing that we didn't like

This hotel has so many amenities. It has a great selection on the buffet for breakfast as well as fountain drinks along with coffee orange juice Cranberry and apple juice. They also offer FREE dinner in buffet style as well and give you 2 tickets per adults for alcohol beverages.The dinner had nachos, hot dogs, baked potatoes, grilled chicken, vegetables, salad, and potatoe soup. They have a microwave and mini fridge and a small vending room to microwavable dinners ,chips or candy. They have sitting areas everywhere to gather to play cards or to eat take out in. Crews constantly cleaning. A beautiful terrace and indoor pool, workout room and a laundry room. Thr rooms are huge and very clean. This hotel went above and beyond my expectations. I originally booked here because its walking distance to Comerica Center. We even saw fireworks from our room not sure which place they came from but it was a nice surprise. Oh and their parking garage is connected to the hotel elevators which is a big plus for us. I will definitely book here when i have to travel back to Frisco. I highly recommend this place.

I wish I'd stayed a extra night. Lol Their microwavable dinners selection was small.

This is an excellent hotel. I stayed here for a few days a week for 4 weeks. They have an excellent breakfast and the staff was excellent. I left my robe one week and the next week I checked in they had it ready for pickup. They offer a complimentary drink in the evening and free popcorn. The best thing about this particular hotel is the free parking garage under the hotel where my car is safe from the elements. The price is great for this location. You need to stay here if in the area.

The staff provided superior service in every area. Very happy and outgoing!! We were offered an upgrade that was fantastic. The food was good. Love all the extras that Drury offers.

We do wish the menus would change a bit. My husband guessed exactly what we would be having on the dinner menu. It was exact same as last time. But we appreciate all that is provided.

We loved the layout and decor of the property. Nice view from the rooftop balcony. Clean and comfortable with a great breakfast. Always a good stay at Drury Inn and Suites

We had to wait a while every time we went to the front desk before we saw anyone. Not sure why. But everyone we met that worked there was very nice and helpful.

The front office staff were very nice helpful. The hot breakfasts every morning was great way to start the day. The evening snack and bar was an unexpected plus to their already great services.

The pool was over chlorinated. Due to an event on my fifth day it took forever to back into the hotel parking lot. I wish their was easier excess to the entrance in this case.

We stayed for my daughter's graduation. The staff were super nice, and they even made little graduation bags for all the graduates that stayed there. I don't even think I saw one person who worked there who was grumpy or didn't have a smile on their face. Definitely recommend this hotel. Best one I have ever stayed at.
