The room and staff members were all so professional and nice. The room was nice and clean and very comfortable for 2 friends to move around in. I am so glad I found this place as I have never stayed here before. But I will put this Hotel as a note for a nice place to stay. The amount charged was very reasonable. I even suggested to additional friends to come stay at this Hotel as they did and really enjoyed it too.

Not really anything I didn't like. I didn't get to eat the breakfast, but I did have good coffee and was able to sit with friends and enjoy the hotel.

Everything from the moment we walked in until we left! A regular coffee maker, hair dryer, full size ironing board with iron were some of the things offered in the room. The tv worked great with lots of channels, the internet was very fast and it was quiet. For breakfast, we had tons of things to choose from. Biscuits and sausage gravy, eggs, toast, pancakes and waffles were some hot items and on the cold side there was yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal choices and probably other things I missed seeing. Apple and orange juice in individually sealed containers was one thing I really liked because most places don't clean their drink machines thoroughly very often so this is the perfect solution in my mind. The tables were cleaned often, food refilled, plenty of napkins, condiments and plastic cutlery was available. I was completely impressed with the level of service, cleanliness, and courtesy!!!

Nothing at all made us unhappy. We liked everything about the place. It may not be the newest or the most fancy, but you can tell it is maintained well and clean.

I enjoyed the hot showere when I arrived. I enjoyed the the bed, afterwards, I enjoyed the hot breakfast. Didn't get to use the pool but I did view it and it look very clean and warm. I will use it on my next visit. Also the front desk young man came to my room and assisted me with the television. I didn't really know how to work it. After he taught me, I was cool bean. My special needs son and I came together and we shared a king size bed. I slept so hard and snore so loud, I knew he really enjoyed everything. We both watched movies, ate breakfast and relaxed before checking out to go back home. Came down to play bingo at Winstar Casino. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

There was nothing to complain about or needed to be better. We were both relaxed and enjoyed ourselves.

Location real good, quiet, clean and staff good

Had a suite, both ACs sucked. The one in the living room area rattled and sounded like it was going to break. The bedroom area wouldn’t get below 70 degrees. I like it cold when I sleep, especially at a hotel where they have a sheet on the bed and a comforter. Need it cold enough to stay under them

Easy to access from Interstate; extremely helpful checkin staff; relaxing pool; clean comfortable room & good breakfast early the next morning.

Tried to book lower rate on line~ couldn't get it to complete ~ actually worked out well, face to face staff was more efficient anyway ~ couldn't use my AARP discount though because , I guess, the room was already at the lowest rate ($95) ~ never encountered that before.

No soap,shampoo in the. Bathroom I called. Front. Desk,she. Brought it. Up in. 15. Mins. As. A. Replacement fir. Hair. Dryer. Thar did not. Work. Not. Enough tv. Channels, movies. Factory remote. On. Tv. By. Window..Had battery cover missing. On. Back.

I was thankful that we were allowed to check in early as I was not feeling well and didn’t want to travel any further. The lady manning the desk was super nice and helpful. For the most part our room was very comfortable.

The most irritating thing about our room was the metal bed frames. Every time my husband or I moved the bed made an awfully annoying sound. Also, I wish that the fan on the A/C would have had the option to run continuously instead of just automatically.

The room and location was perfect. It was very easy to find. The room itself was excellent. The woman at the desk was very friendly and helpful.

There were a couple of light bulbs out within the room and a little maintenance required in the bathroom especially the flooring

Very nice property. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast had a good selection. Fruit, waffles, yogurt, breakfast burrito and more. Pool was cold and hot tub was warm but the jets were good. Elevator worked and parking was well lit. Felt safe and secure. Applebee's next door was good to get food and it was good.

Hot tub could have been a lot hotter. It was warm at best.

Room was very nice.

Swimming pool was closed for maintenance and I had planned to use it. The elevator stopped working properly. You could go up but it wouldn’t go down passed the 3rd floor. I had hoped to be able to walk to a restaurant or shops but nothing is nearby.
