Clean and nice hotel in what felt like a safe part of town. Staff was amazing, very helpful and with great sense of humor. Complimentary breakfast was hands down the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. I liked the system of redeeming vouchers for a dish from the menu, because the food was hot and didn't have time to get soggy. I highly recommend the stay, if only for the piping hot breakfast sandwich trio served to order with baked potatoes.

I stay here often and usually extend my stay sometimes for several days. They are always accommodating. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Service is impeccable and it's always quiet and relaxing. Haven't had any trouble with security of the parking lot. I will continue to use this location.

The rooms were great but the pool and spa were uninviting. We were afraid to use the hot tub as it did not look clean. We had 2 rooms for 3 nights with a need to work remote. The wifi in the rooms was inadequate, better but not great in the business center. The lounge would have been a nice place to hang out if they offered at least appetizers or bar food. The ice machine on our floor was out of order.

I came down around 9:30 to leave and asked the desk personnel to have our room freshened up. We had been there 3 days and had asked for nothing until then. He told me it was too late and he could not catch them in time. I stated they were directly across from our room. He then said he would see. I doubt he did anything. No customer service. I operate a small business with forty-five hundred weekly customers. We focus on customer service. I feel you missed the boat.

I like the fact that the hotel was set back far enough from the highway that there was no sound to interrupt my sleep.

While I liked the location for quietness it was a little too far to walk to any amenities like restaurants or stores. When I booked the hotel, it stated that it was a three-minute walk to the convention center. That is not accurate.

We had two issues staying here. The first room, the ac was super loud. almost as if the blower on it was going out. the lady at the desk was super kind to move us to another room and they ac was working perfectly. but being on the 5th floor the water pressure was lacking. I could barely get enough water to come out to brush my teeth.

Initially when we checked in we were given a room that wasn’t cleaned by housekeeping. Due to the inconvenience, we got an upgrade for a better room plus free breakfast vouchers which was nice as breakfast isn’t included with the room. All of the staff were so nice and the desk clerk Teresa was super kind when we checked in and she did everything she could to resolve the problem we had with the initial room we were given. It was clearly an oversight. Also this hotel was super clean. We always seen someone cleaning something.

Our fridge in our room kept cutting off and didn’t keep our stuff very cold. This was annoying as I like my drinks cold and most of the time they weren’t.

Check in clerks were welcoming and quick. Quiet room

left around 8:30 am and returned at 9 pm to find a note from housekeeper that privacy v tag had been on door and room was locked. Neither comment was true and we had to ask the accompanying desk clerk for fresh towels.

The microwave and refrigerator were life savers for items in my ice chest.

Difficult to locate and to enter the entrance because of tollway exit and one way streets. Would have liked even a simple breakfast buffet . Coffee in room was one cup, period.

Nice comfortable room. Staff was friendly. Nice spacious lobby. Noticed they have a separate business space. Didn't use it, but looked like it had anything needed to supplement a business trip. Room and bathroom were clean and towels were pretty nice for hotel towels.

I thought breakfast was included, but it wasn't. The breakfast looked good, but because it wasn't included, I didn't try it. The paint on the ceiling in my room had a bad spot and started to peel. Not a big deal, but this hotel isn't very old, so was surprised to see that.
