The Manager Jeffrey was great and kind. The desk clerk Ann was so sweet. So was the gentlemen sorry i forgot his name he was nice too.. The room was emaculate clean , beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean , room was perfect. It was really hot outside and the room stay at a perfect temperature. They had a good breakfast. I have no bad comments. We will definitely stay there again. Oh by the way the inside pool , it was very clean and so was the hot tub. Very very good place to stay and safe. Love it there. 5 stars plus for us.

I enjoy yourself a with family and friend the staff was wonderful the night manger was awesome. Gave us a great spot to check out next time.

The hot water .. didn't get very hot

Hallway carpet had moldy old smell on 3rd floor. Check in and desk staff were very nice and greet me every time I came in or was in lobby. Hours of laundry were inconvenient needed to be 6 am and till midnight. DFW area has construction on every highway internal and external of city limits with extends all travel times requires leaving early or arriving late like I did. This hotel is in one major east west corridors in north central Texas.

The gentleman that checked us in had a great attitude, was very informative and cheerful. super clean..

A few stains on rug inside room, weren’t very appealing to the eye. And I believe they should have a few more breakfast items, such as cereal, milk, and yogurts.

The hotel was great on Cleanliness and No people lurking around the hotel to make you feel unsafe.

The breakfast was ok, need different cereal options and different breakfast meat options also.

The breakfast was good and the location was great.

I had an issue with one of the staff members that was not so friendly, but the manager was superb. He made my stay very pleasant. He was very kind, courteous, and friendly because of him I will be staying again.

The staff was friendly and thorough. The hotel was very clean and honored my request for extra towels to accommodate extra guest in the rooms. They did however leave out the wash cloths, which was important, but we survived.

My only large complaint would be the pools chlorine level. I live 4 minutes away and we specifically booked just to take advantage of having an indoor pool and comfortably accommodate out of town guest. We unfortunately only could stand being in the pool area for about 20/25 minutes max. The children got choked up and all of our eyes were burning, if I was the carry everything type of mom, and not had eye drops we would have been in a world of problems.

The room was exceptionally cleaned and smelled great.

There was no hair dryer or iron in the room. Usually I don't need these items when I travel but this was for work so it threw off my plans a bit.

The property was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I was concerned about the unsecured back door but no problems arose during my nights stay.

The location of the hotel was great. It was close by various restaurants, Wal-Mart, Kroger's etc. Even though they didn't serve breakfast, they provided fruits, Danish and bottle water/juice thst was bagged, due to health restrictions.

The beds were extremely firm. Which was the first time I had experienced this at any hotel I've stayed at. The beds in that particular room we were in, both queen beds were very, very hard.
