Location was very good. Husband able to walk across the street to the convenience store for his morning decaf coffee. Room was clean and quiet. Price was great. AC and frig worked great. Housekeeper was very pleasant and friendly.
No hook or shelf to put your towel while showering. Towel slipped into tub and was soaked. Towels are located outside the door by the sink. Only two towels in room, husband had to dry off with a hand towel, since his towel was soaked. No facial tissue or am/fm alarm clock in room. Not a big issue, as the price made up for the lack of these.

I really enjoyed the location. There was a convenience store/restaurant, grocery store and a liquor store located directly across the street. Not to mention that if one was wanting to walk downtown it was a walk of about 4-5 blocks and you could visit the local museum as well as a locally owned bar and grill.

I loved the coffee pot, iron, hair dryer, and refrigerator/microwave in the room. Plenty of channels on the flat screen TV. The beds and pillows were super comfy. The room decor was very pretty and clean, didn't feel like a small town hotel. The bathroom was modern and very clean. The heater worked great. I liked having a desk and desk chair in the room too.
I wish the trash cans could have been bigger or to have had one more. I also wish they had one less lounge chair by the front window and had added a small table with two dining room chairs instead. And with two people, I wish we could have had extra bath towels.

Door directly facing busy street but had refrigerator, microwave and grocery store across the street.

The property was clean and inviting. All the people we ran into were super friendly and pleasant. I loved the great shower head in 306, great pressure and plenty hot water!
