Quick and easy check in. We were switched from a king bed and pull out couch to a double bed room for the same price to stay on the first floor. Breakfast was good and warm, lots of variety to choose from. Daughter used the gym and enjoyed the few machines available to use.
The wifi would not connect, or was not strong when finally connected to a device. But we managed.

Front desk girl was amazingly sweet and helpful. We did not have a good previous experience when county mandated Covid guidelines were not being followed by staff or guests. When we asked about why nobody was following the guidelines we were told because they would lose business. When we asked why the front desk person did not have on a mask she replied its on my desk. We live in Dallas county and I work in healthcare. I have taken care of over 300 covid patients as of this date. Not following protocol was unacceptable to us. We decided to stay again after the mandates had been lifted and were pleased to find some recommendations were being followed.

Their computer system is very much in need of an upgrade! What should have took a few minutes to check in ended up taking 45mins if not longer.

in spite of a winter storm that disruption of routine and multiple staff absences, the front desk manager, Stormy, managed to have everything under control. Room ready and very comfortable.

Breakfast was good. Never did figure out how to open drawer for the hot biscuits. Wish they would also offer bacon.

Nothing! No complaints about staff or property. The people above me did not go to sleep so I did not get sleep, but that is out of the staffs control so no one is to blame.
