The location is perfect because my work is only two blocks away. The cleaning is very good, they cleaned every day. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they helped me with everything I requested. My room it was perfect (microwave, desk, closet, fridge, tv, big bed and bathroom). The breakfast is normal, do not expect much variety at breakfast.

Unfortunately the breakfast it is the same every day, there is no variety on the menu.

Not the newest hotel but definitely well kept! Great value! Clean! Comfortable! Personable staff! Breakfast & a Starbucks Machine! 12 Noon checkout... Need I say more?! Another hotel- which advertised availability- told me after I arrived they had rooms but they weren’t clean *inserts stale face*. I was nearly in a panic since it was approaching midnight, but I used booking to find a new place, and this one saved the day! Thank you Prince & Lilliana (and Alma)! And thank you Booking.com for always finding the best deals and my Genius Rewards!!

Could use a few upgrades, but no issues... better kept than some newer hotels (s/o Staff)!

Breakfast was okay. I wish they would have had some scrambled eggs but everything tasted good. Bed were soft and plenty of space in the room.

We were put in a room that shared a wall with the elevator and we could hear it all night. Not the hotels fault but I will remember to ask for a different room next time.

The bed was comfortable. The room was nicely furnished and in good repair. The bathroom was very clean (i.e., no mold or stains). The shower head had a good spray. I received a 0 balance sheet under the door, so no in-person "check out" needed. They keep creamer and various sweeteners in their breakfast area, which was a nice upgrade to the coffee packets in the room.

The AC was loud. The remote didn't have a sleep timer option.

There is a lot of things that I liked about this property and most of all it was the manager and the staff the Property was excellent it was very quiet it was highly unbelievable I really enjoyed my two days there it was amazing

There was nothing I did not like about the property . Everyone was so amazing and so beautiful and so well mannered it was awesome

It exceeded my anticipation. Very clean and comfortable place to be. The manager and staff were exceptional. They attend to your request immediately.

Free Breakfast was great and the location was excellent. No problems getting to where I needed to be. Property was very clean and affordable.

I have no complaints regarding the property. It was Great Facility. I would recommend this place to others.

This property was outstanding! very clean and updated. The suite even including a dehumidifier, which is nice as hotel rooms in Houston can get very humid.

Nice location

TV out dated Back parking entrance's do not have awnings you get rained on while trying to unlock the door and opposite door is for emergency only so you you have to walk in the rain around vehicles to get to the door that works.

Modern property. Very comfy bed. Adjacent to great little park with huge oak trees. Perfect for our two dogs!
