I like the location and the friendliness of the staff

During the week it shows low prices on the website and when u go to book a room the rates are higher,i would like to get discounts from time to time since ive spent a few dollars staying at yalls hotel,thank you in advance,but overall its a nice place to stay

The front desk clerk was TOP Notch! We arrived earlier than our check in and because she knew we were there for the HLSRBBQ Cookoff she gave us our parking pass early to allow us to enjoy the cookoff and not worry about driving and could check in at 3. Thanks so much!!

Pillows and bed were not the most comfortable. Tried to take a shower this morning and the shower water was not hot at all. The sink water was scolding so not sure what’s up with that.

Easy access from freeway. The check in reservation clerk was awesome!! She had a beautiful nose ring and was very helpful. She came help us to get the TV reprogrammed. Above and beyond. A Wonderful Outstanding Worker (WOW)

Couldn’t open balcony door

Staff friendly. Also very isolated quiet rooms. Facilities are spacious & staff clean daily. Rooms have microwave and refrigerator and ac works well.

Hotel needs better security outside. Mine & 5 other vehicles had broken windows and the inside of our truck. Was ram sacked. What and extra expense. Poor security on the hotel parking lot

Liked the size of the room I stayed in, my toddlers had room to play and it had two bathrooms.

The room could use some maintenance, some outlet covers were loose and cracked. The lighting was almost non existent in room with some lamps and that's it. The doors to let you in to hallways did not lock and had keywords broke and placed in the latch to keep it from latching.

I enjoyed the opportunity to have 2 restrooms. Breakfast was good , location was near the MRG stadium, beds weee comfortable.

Furniture in suite was old and the curtains were old and needed to be replaced.

I liked the quietness of the facility, the housekeeping staff was extremely helpful and always accessible.

The vending machines were always sold out and breakfast ended at 9am.

Rooms very clean and had new beds and pillows

Tv was a little small and they didn’t bring any new towels or make the beds in the two days we were there

Clean comfortable also got there early and they let us check in thank you for that also let us check out later staff was very good. Suggestion put at least 2 hygiene products in for 2 guest in bathroom we will be back! 😊
