After arriving and having a little hiccup at check in, management really stepped in and took care of us. They were simply amazing. The room was a good size and there were a lot of close places to eat. Management at this location was simply amazing.

Nothing really. The room was a good size, there were plenty of things to do around the property. It was very clean and well kept. We asked for extra pillows and they were delivered by the manager on duty. They really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.

The front desk receptionist was very courteous when we checked in, considering it was a very late check-in.

We asked about the pool availability the day before and were told it closed at 8pm but would reopen at 8am. To our disappointment, my kids were not able to enjoy the pool as the staff said they were not opening the pool due to possibility of rain, which it did not rain. My children were saddened after they had been so anxious and exited to get in the pool. The restrooms had not been swept or mopped. There was hair on the bathroom floor and after walking barefoot in the room, my feet were filthy dirty. Phones did not work, no dial tone, in any of the 2 rooms we booked. They were props only.

The location was super convenient to downtown.

Check in was a tad uncomfortable due to the front desk not being friendly she seemed annoyed when we arrived. When arriving to the room we picked up shards of glass from the ac, floor, and curtain. However we still missed a piece and it ended up cutting the top part of my foot. I did not feel like going back to the front desk to complain due to an off putting interaction with the front desk. Then the bathroom was not clean by any means. The toliet seat had fecal matter caked on it and black streaks on it and the toliet bowl did not seemed to have been cleaned either as it was again caked with fecal matter. I also wish it was easier to get in contact with the hotel so I could have had more information about bringing my dogs with me.

It's very clean and they workers have very good customer service experience and positive attitudes

I loved everything about it except the pool was closed

The toilet wasn't flushing only one of them and the wall in the living room needed to be cleaned

Honestly it was a good location, on the side of the expressway. The staff was friendly it was quick and easy to check in. The room was clean, didn’t smell like smoke.

The TV didn’t work, which was not a problem for me because I don’t watch TV.

They are literally the most amazing people I have ever met. so nice and understanding
