Everyone who worked there was nice as could be. It's always nice to have a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal should you so desire. The suite was very comfortable and very roomy. It had a bathtub, so I could take a bath and my husband could shower. The king size bed was comfortable, and they had two soft pillows and two firm pillows to choose from.

The breakfast had a few problems, but there were a lot of choices. The problem with the breakfast sausage and egg sandwiches is that they were hard as could be, and that never improved in four days. You could make waffles, and they were really good. My husband opened a milk that was obviously on its way to being sour.

At checkin, the front desk associate was pleasant, knowledgeable & helpful there was a dog on our floor that kept barking. I asked if there was another room available, very thankful they were able to accommodate. Breakfast was great as well & clean overall. It's a great stay, and I will definitely stay again

The elevator had a out of order sign on it front desk said their was a problem earlier, but it hadn't been removed. The elevator was hot & had an odor..

the front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

the main elevator was extremely slow and some buttons took multiple pushes for them to work. additionally, no allergen menu present for breakfast food. the location was not very good as it was difficult to get in and out of the hotel if you weren’t familiar with the area.

The room was very spacious. The fee wifi was good. The bed was soft and comfortable. I loved using the kitchenette to cook small meals. The full size fridge and the little stove was a plus. My son and I didn't need to eat out at all. The pool area was nice. My son could get out of the room and enjoy sitting in the sun, relaxing, and reading. The full-size mirror was very useful for getting ready for a night out. The sofa area was very comfortable and spacious. My 12- year old thought it seemed like he was staying in a small apartment instead of a hotel room.

There was a little bit of dust that had settled on the counter tops and tables. The only eggs available on the breakfast buffet were prepackaged boiled eggs. No omelets, no scrambled eggs. The frying pan was scorched and unusable, so I couldn't make omelets in the room either.

that a man was behind the building of the hotel and he was looking threw my window at my kids as I sit in the car to smoke a cigarette he didn’t see me in the car and when I opened my door he got in a black Jeep truck and started to speed off .

The breakfast was good and there were a few options. You could make your own waffles, which is always a plus! The room was comfy but awkwardly designed, in my opinion. The bed was fairly comfy.

When we got checked in, we were given a room that wasn’t clean. After being on the road for hours and feeling exhausted, I had to go back downstairs to switch rooms. Mild inconvenience but no less annoying. I don’t like the bed facing the bathroom/sink area because when you turn the light on, it’s like turning the light on in the bedroom, which is bothersome if the other person is still sleeping. The pillows are a bit too soft.

The property was clean. The staff was always professional and pleasant and was willing to accommodate you. I also like that they kept their word. When they said that they would or wouldn’t do something, they did or didn’t. They proved themselves to be reliable.

I was a little disappointed because the actual room I booked through a third party wasn’t available but they did well accommodating me. It rained the day that we got there so the wind blew debris in the pool. The next day it was still there. I recommend someone check the pool daily.

The staff is super friendly and very helpful, they made us feel welcome. The breakfast is great, lots of choices and they even have takeout containers so if you don’t feel comfortable sitting in the breakfast area you can take it to go. All the food looked fresh and nothing was stale.

They need more luggage carts, they only had two and guests didn’t bring them back after using them so all of the people ( including us) trying to load back up in the morning had a bit more difficulty and it took more time from our start schedule to get back on the road.

Staff was super friendly! Breakfast was very good every morning with many options of hot or cold breakfast to choose from. Hotel was very nice. Great gym and pool area. Great location. Kitchenettes was fully stocked with dishes if needed. Nice fluffy pillows and blankets.

Housekeeping never brought towels the 4 days we were there. Pool could be cleaner. First room was covered in dog hair. The sofa was horrible. Which animal fur is to be expected in a pet friendly hotel, but this room was poorly cleaned. They were very accommodating and swapped rooms right away. Bed a little hard on back but okay.

Staff was extremely courteous, polite and welcoming to my family and I. The staff welcomed us every time we walked through the door. Room was clean and location was perfect.
