Very friendly staff and very clean in all rooms. Enjoyed pool and hot tub

The free breakfast was ok but needs to maybe offer more options protein such as egg bacon and a sausage. Also need s to maybe have tea bags and hot chocolate for those who don’t drink coffee and a second juice of apple or grape with the orange juice

The room was nice and clean and they come everyday to clean even if you’re not checking out that day.

It was 30 degrees and under outside and the heater in my room didn’t work. The guy at the front desk told me, it’s like that because it’s not all that good of a heater and due to it being so cold outside that it’s not gonna work that well. He said he would take a look at it while I was gone but I’m not sure if he did or not. I turned it off before I left and when I came back it was still off so not sure if they even came but it still didn’t work.

Large room and beds, super confortable and clean. Every day they change towels.

Room was very clean and I like that they came everyday to clean it as well. Gave extra of whatever we needed and they had breakfast. Nothing too special BUT free 🙂. I do wish I was able to connect to Netflix cuz I stayed in the room most of the weekend. I will definitely be back soon!

Phone inside of the room needs to let us be able to call outside of the hotel ‼️

The location was perfect and close to everywhere I needed to be. Breakfast hours are early so I never get to experience it

I’ve stayed here before but unfortunately this time I saw 3 bugs..1 while I was in the shower another while I was sleeping A HUGE water bug crawled on me at 3am I knocked it on the floor then killed it and the last one during checkout

I liked that the place was very clean. At least the room I stayed in was very clean and it felt really homie. Value was great for the room and days I spend there. I’ve been to more expensive places that the rooms and sheets are not as clean. Always has a stain on 2. The room I stayed in was very clean and I didn’t see any stains on the bed sheets. Great place to stay. Will stay there again if I get the chance

It says they have a spa. But there is no spa. It is just a pool and very small jacuzzi that has very weak jets. Pool was clean. But small. Could use a remodel and pool furniture was faded, and in old. Again, could use a remodel.

the rooms was nice and clean and check in was very pleasant. overall my stay was a great stay and this is my second stay at this hotel will be soon. i recommend this hotel to family and friends

The staff was amazing. They where so helpful and went above and beyond for the guests

Only issue I had was a problem with my card not processing and the young boy became a little upset during the process

The key stop working for my room door too many times in one day and over night, I was at front desk more than anything

Everything was great the staff tried to make me check out and then check back in even though I was staying daily which was ridiculous but since I told them they that I thought this was dumb and unfair they worked with me, really cool place just don't let them get you they'll try to !

Staff telling me it's 30 extra dollars to stay if I didn't want to check out and check back in then I thought was so stupid and unfair then I saw he kept the money for himself also didn't he didn't even put it in the system I was like ok I guess
