Staff was friendly and not invasive, bed was comfortable, room was pretty and clean; very nice atmosphere and tasteful design. Coffee was great; great variety of breakfast items. Very beautiful lobby. Very nice staff. One patron was especially nice; his name is Gary. But all the others like Brandon and all the lady staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was very comfortable and designed beautifully. Not standard lighting but much better: different and produced comfortable atmosphere. Room worked fine for us and our children. Pool was fine; staff wasn't invasive and didn't lock people out at dot 10pm; thank you for that. We had a lot of fun at the pool. It was beautiful for lots of families. People loved to hang out by the poolside. Nice and relaxed atmosphere at the pool. You could get new bedding/towels when needed.

To be improved, please: Aircondition was right on the bed; the husband got cold and the rest of us was almost too warm (the location of the aircondition is unfortunately right next to the bed). Shower was always cold for 3 minutes before it turned normal. Please check the desk bulb; didn't work for 7 days (why not make a bulb check day: every Monday bulb check day) Breakfast bacon was always rubber, not eatable. Breakfast was over at 9:30; that's too early for vacation (we come from mountain time 8:30 over) Icemachine only on 3rd and 5th floor = almost always empty. But you could get ice at the front desk; that was quite neat. But this is all easily improvable. So yes, we recommend this place.

The breakfast was fantastic. I appreciate the fact that they had almond milk as well as plenty of protein selections such as eggs and bacon or sausage daily. The coffee was wonderful and the tea selections were also great. Unfortunately when we arrived the system was down so we couldn’t check in immediately but there are lots of great restaurants close by so it wasn’t much of an inconvenience. The pool was down but they kindly made a close by pool available for their guests. The hotel was a bit of a drive from our event but the area was great and safe.

As noted above any issue was handled well by staff. They met each of our needs. The staff was kind and helpful! I would love to stay there again someday. Only addition I would add is some gluten free bread selections but I brought my own and I was able to use it.

The breakfast is great with a wide array of items. Our first stay (last year) was much better. The bed was comfortable.

The bed (our recent stay) was springy, making it hard to roll over and get comfortable. The BIGGEST issue was that we were DOUBLE CHARGED for our room. This was not an issue last year when we stayed. I brought this to the attention of the staff and was told it would take 5 business days at least. THIS WAS THERE ISSUE, and a refund takes 5 days? They, also, will NOT cover any fees that are incurred from my bank for the overdraft. I find this to be unprofessional since it is THEIR MISTAKE. Since they cannot cover their mistake, we will NOT stay again when in the area. A year made a huge difference in their business.

Very cozy and clean, tastefully decorated rooms. great delicious breakfast with healthy options, especially appreciated the selection of tea. Location was very convenient, it was great that Mexican restaurant was across the street.

Hot water for tea was placed in the thermos where coffee used to be, which affected the taste of the delicious tea . As a suggestion, it's easy to mark thermoses for hot water only to avoid the confusion for the stuff. Staff was nice, but they refused to give us water when we asked for it, "for members only" but we eere offered to buy it

The service: Alysha. Was amazing… When I needed something, she got it. I have never in my traveling experience had someone from behind the desk call me by name each time she saw me. Rooms were clean; just enough space

The breakfast was amazing! It was the best hotel breakfast I've had since I got to have breakfast at the Renaissance Hotel in Dallas 20 years ago. The eggs were flavorful and I loved the multicolor potatoes. There was fresh fruit also. In addition to the typical apples or bananas, there was also strawberries and blueberries one morning and honeydew melon the 2nd morning. The room was perfect. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The beds were comfortable. The room was equal distance from the exit for the pool and the lobby and I enjoyed getting a 1st floor room.

More bath size towels in the room would be great. I don't have anything else. Otherwise it was a perfect stay. There's really nothing to complain about. I guess getting the bar open would be cool for my next visit.

Everything was great. Room was clean. Nice and cold at night. We had a King suite with pull out sofa bed. I had booked a room with 2 full beds through Booking.com, but when we got there, none of those rooms were available. They were able to accommodate with a king suite. When we got to the room, there were already sheets and blankets for the pull out sofa. The room had plenty of space.

Breakfast should definitely be relocated to out of the lobby. Its too small of an area. Trying to find seating for 5 was difficult. It's just not a big enough area and everyone is spread out eating on couches and using coffee tables for eating. The elevators need maintenance. The one on the left (when facing elevators) was really jerky when going up. The one on the right rocked up and down for what seemed like forever as it would come to a stop. Had we not been on the 6th floor with a toddler, stairs would've been used instead.

Breakfast was good eggs, sausage, Texas waffel etc. coffee, juice fresh fruit, muffins. The eating area was clean and the staff was responsive AND HELPFUL.

Towel storage in the actual bath area! Not around the sink vanity are where the beds are. If you forget to get your towel from outside the bathing area you won't have anything to dry off with. or flashing anyone in the bedroom area! ALSO NEEED ACTUAL WASH CLOTHS.

Spacious and quiet room. Very good beds and pillows. Lot of space on parking lot.

There was an odd smell on the hallway (6th floor) and in the room. Breakfast is not great but you get something to start the day with. The toilet and sink could have been cleaned up better before us. No handsoap in the room. I had a question and waited on the front desk 5-10 min but no-one came.

Location and decent price

For me, bed was very stiff and noisy. Room was 88% clean. Breakfast selection options was decent but the bacon looked old,very chewy and just blah. Oatmeal a little on the dried out side but a little brown sugar and syrup moistened it up perfectly. Hotel needs water filtration and dechlorinator, smells strong, taste terrible.
